Everytime you go to this place you either lose money or half the machines don't work And the sad thing it use to be the best and cleanest place around I guess high standards isn't priority for who owns it now

Second time the machine has eaten my money. Called the number listed on the poster which leads nowhere. This car wash used to be fine, however I will not be using this place anymore.

This used to be a good place to go. Went today no soap and the bay was covered in mud. Waste of $5.

Don’t go to this car wash unless you don’t like your money. 4 minutes for $2 to start the wash then every quarter you add after that only adds 10 seconds! I spent $15 and barely had time to wash the road dust off my truck, much less get a proper wash. Won’t be spending another dime at this car wash!

Don't waste your money. It's been a while since I stopped here to get my car washed and I should have never come back. To start with I paid $10 for the "Super" wash. When I pulled in I got no underbody spray which was one of the main reasons I was there to get the salt off. During the wash the sprayer arm never dropped down like it used to leaving the front bumper and back of my car untouched. Finally the left side sprayers were off and left soap all over the car. I guess I'll be washing by hand today. Below is what I saw when I got home.

Used card for advertised "8 minutes for $4". Charged me $10. Car wash had zero soap across all functions, out of triple shine and the special "320mph air dryer" blew out with less pressure than a stale can of Coke. This car wash is an absolute joke. Good luck getting a refund bc they literally hide their phone number. 😂

The laundry was clean and the machines worked perfectly.The problem i had was with the car shampoo and vaccum.I put my two dollars in and hit the button for the shampoo errand nothing came out.I tried cycling it,but still no shampoo or water for that matter.Wastwd two dollars!

A very clean laundry mat always. Its crowded. People I noticed when I looking dont watch there kids. I dont think the cameras work at the laundry mat or they would come up.

Nothing works there but 1 vacuum cleaner an it hardly sucks anything up. Then wasted 10 bucks on the car automatic car wash and my car was just as dirty as before it went it! Waste my money!

Was my go to car wash...not anymore. Manual bays have become so expensive to use i think it was about $20 to wash my car last time I was there... after you start your wash every quarter you put in only give you 10 seconds of additional time...credit card machine is usually out of order, make sure to bring cash because the closest ATM is in Cleves. I don’t believe they have a coin machine that takes a $20 bill so make sure to bring small bills(a lot). This was my go to place for car washing for many years, but since they put in the laundry mat the place has gotten to expensive. They have 3 wash bays and 2 automatic bays, usually 1 of them is out of order or the change machines are out of order.. save the headache and drive to the car wash on Rt. 50 in North Bend. It’s much cheaper and an all around better car wash.
