Assistant manager was very helpful. Came up with a solution that cost under $10. Could have very easily sold me a battery since I was an "out of towner". Just needed to clean the battery posts, put a shim on one and tighten.

The place used to be great, now everytime I call or go in there they have totally inexperienced people working. I went in for some gas line hanging clamps with one of the clamps in hand, that every parts store in the world has, and the 2 girls working looked at me like I was crazy. I went across the street and got a whole pack of them. Then I just called for a crank sensor, was put on hold by the lady, and she actually hung up on me. Then I called back and she was rude. I'll go elsewhere. Like AutoZone. And I hate that place.

Huge shout out to Paul and his helper that was there tonight, I called at 9:45 and they had a part in stock for me I live out by Laingsburg and they stayed 15 minutes past close in order for me to get my part. Above and beyond the call of duty thank you so much.

I was in the Owosso Mi store today and I could not believe how horrible it was...the guys sitting at the counter waiting on people...yes I said sitting in a chair... carts sitting in isles....shirts not tucked in very messy disgusting place... I was so embarrassed for the customers that walked in there... I really hope they get some one in there to whip it in to shape... SO DISAPPOINTED AND SIMPLY DISGUSTED

Google, I've attempted to post at least 4 times. I keep trying because I thought it was important to comment about the quality of service I received at this store last summer. The service manager and team there were awesome in getting me hydraulic hoses for my ZTR mower last year. Awesome price, quality, and timeliness. I needed a second hose, and all I had to do was call and it was shipped to my local O'Reilly's with no muss, no fuss.
