Second / Kudos to Mike the manager my first time working with him but I felt right at home like we were old friends that means and says alot. Third / I have seen Jimmy when I came in always pleasant. This was one of the places that lied to me about having the car I wanted available. Prior to this occasion, I had already gone to other dealerships, being told that they had what I wanted only to tell me once I was there that they didn't. In this instance I was told that they had 5 cars that were the model and trim I wanted, the person even went so far as to pretend to go out to their lot and reassure me that they really had them. Thus, I drove an hour out to them to go get one. Upon getting there, I'm told to wait for the person I spoke with to help me. Wait around 20 or 30 minutes so I ask a sales guy if they can help me, and they say that the person knows I'm here and is on their way. I'm annoyed at this point but I've been looking for a new car for a while so I'll just be patient. 30 minutes later, still nothing, the person who I spoke with just ignored me. Not until my wife ask a different sales guy if they can help us, do they realize that the people sitting around the waiting tables (us), have we not being helped for close to an hour. Finally a salesman starts working with us and apologizing for all the wait and confusion. Sadly, the worst was just to come since after speaking with the salesman about the car were wanted, he tells us that they only had 2 on the lot today and one of them had just sold. (I guess he wasn't told about keeping up the lie) The last one was a manual that we were not interested in. The person who I spoke with had lied about having the cars available on the lot. They had told me that there were 6 of the model I wanted and one was a manual, so the other 5 were what I was looking for. Turns out I was just lied to, to get me there. When they reached out and asked to buy back my Jeep and get me into something newer with the same payment I was ready to move forward. Selena was who reached out and after an offer of double my car payment, I declined. Then she went ghost on me. I again was contacted about trading my vehicle in. I spoke with Heather who promised me a better experience this time. She then sent me to Jimmy who was slow to respond to say the least. After the same payment was presented to me, I again declined. Mike then reached out to me and said they would find something that worked for me that I would be comfortable with and to give him until the next morning. I have yet to hear from anyone. No calls no follow up and no one is interested in explaining how after running my credit twice and dropping my score, I have nothing to show for it. How I would pay a higher interest rate after paying on my Jeep for over a year on time would not get me a better payment. I asked for a manager to call me back but still I am ignored. Will never deal with these people again and will never recommend them as I have before. Shame on all of you and your games.

I had a very pleasant experience buying my new car. Pedro was awesome he was very knowledgeable, and professional, and willing to assist me in finding my dream car. I am thankful that I was partnered with him for this usually daunting experience. He made the experience not daunting at all and is a great employee. Pedro gave me two great vehicles to choose from and the pros and cons of both. He was realistic and allowed me to test drive both of them and find my perfect fit for my family and me. Everyone did their best to find me the best car for all of my different needs. Financing was not an issue, and I am overall happy with the whole entire experience.

I had a great experience! I was greeted promptly when I arrived and immediately felt welcomed. Pedro assisted me with finding the right car to meet my needs. Pedro was professional and even with limited time, he made sure I felt comfortable in my new car before leaving. Mike also made me feel very welcomed. He was genuine and sensitive to my situation. I felt very comfortable and relaxed working with him while he sought to provide me with my best financial options. The final financial paperwork process went effortlessly because all involved were very organized and there were no hidden agendas (as I had experienced with other dealerships in the past).
