Who enjoys seeing any sort of symbol popping up on their dash, even if it's just a low ⛽ one let alone check engine light. But there's no other place that I trust than these guys. I've been going here for years and they have always been honest, trustworthy and they know what they are doing. They will not try to up sell or have you pay for unnecessary work/service that's not needed. I've been to too many places like that and in today's economy, who can afford that. I believe people will make a effort to write a review for the tiniest thing wrong, but majority of the times when they have a good experience they'll leave it at that. It's just human nature. This is my good deed of the day so I'm sharing my experience with a gem that I have found and I hope it helps people that are looking for a good place to service their vehicles. 😊

I got a tire rotation, oil change, brake pad installation, and my rear wheel hubs replaced. The prices are fair, and the service is wonderful. I've never had a better mechanic! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change, Brakes

Coming from Michigan in our 1999 4x4 Tahoe we barely made it to Ohio. On a Sat am Indi was the only place open after Thanksgiving nearby that got me in and out explained what was wrong, they fixed my front drive shaft on and made payment easy on our pockets. I definitely will go back if needed on the next trip. Made back to Michigan safe thanks to Indi's

Had my vehicle for over 6 months. When it was ready to be picked up had 3 lights still on the dash and they still charged me $800 for what they had done. The original problem had not been fixed in the first place. Instead of getting the part themselves and fixed the problem. They left it up in the air for me to order the part and bring the car back to be fixed. Brought the part and the car back. They claim was the wrong part which was false. Just took my vehicle to the dealership to get fixed correctly. Bad business.

I asked Indi to do a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle. I was out of state he was very helpful, trustworthy he decline to charge me until he completed the job. Truly appreciate doing business with him. I recommend him for jobs. Unfortunately i came down to Cleveland and purchased the vehicle but was running late to stop by and say hi to him. Indi is very knowledgeable and a nice person. Have been taking my VW jetts and everytime he takes care of it and explains everything that I wanted to know and even gives a discount and the prices are far better than dealer's price. Best mechanic in Cleveland! As something of a lay person when it comes to cars, and as a woman, it's always nerve wracking to go to a new mechanic. I'm always worried they'll insist that some part I've never heard of needs a very pricy fixing. I never have to worry about that again! Indi and his crew treated me so kindly and with so much respect. I felt comfortable with their transparency and honesty. This is the only shop I'll come to from now on. They identified my problem quickly and gave me a fair price for top knotch work that was done quickly.
