Food is generally good, have had only a couple times where it was not. The service in this place is top notch terrible!! If I could rate no starts at all I absolutely would. It's not like I'm a 1st time customer and this is my review. I've been to this store many times and every single time it's horrible. It's not even the food or the wait that bothers me, it is the disgusting attitude of their employees! We sat and waited at the 2nd window for 20 minutes plus! My kids were restless so my husband went inside to see if he could just grab our order. He walked in and was completely ignored by every employee in the place! It's sad because whole family loves dunkin but the employees have ruined this donut shop!! If the owners cared at all they would get rid of their whole team and hire new!

Horrible customer service. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes, no courtesy, no eye contact. They were in bad mood. Gave me the drinks and sandwich but forgot to gave me the donuts which I has paid. When I ask for it after 5 more minutes with bad attitude they said that I have to wait instead of admiting they forgot. At the end they gave me the donuts they wanted, not the ones I ordered. This has been consistent since they opened, poor customer service and high turnover. Management must do something. Hire people that really want to work and train them to provide an outstanding service and to work well under pressure.

I am sorry, don't get me wrong I love Dunkin. For years I have always gotten an egg sausage and cheese on an everything bagel. I went here at this location- excited to get my Eggy sandwich. (Mind you I spoke highly of these sandwiches to my Fiancé). We took time out of our day- went as far as to make a U-turn only to wait in line, and be told they are under staff- so no sandwich. I was dissatisfied and confused. They didn't offer me anything else and seemed to just send me on my way. 2 weeks later I returned- hoping to enjoy a sandwich. NOPE, same results. The staff didn't seem to care nor looked like they enjoyed being there, no smiles no means to satisfy my customer service needs. I settled for a cream filled donut. Delicious, yes. My Fiancé went just for the donut a few days later and they didn't even have the first two. Pretty much same end results. No happy faces, no means for customer service but a strawberry donut. I am disappointed that this franchise is not taking necessary means to upkeep their Name. Sorry Dunkin- hoping for better change soon!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. After waiting 10 minutes in the lobby to be served, I asked if they could take our order for 3 donuts. They were too busy with drive through customers to serve us. I was told that "you'll get served when we're ready". Although I watched new customers drive in and get drinks before we got served. Lady behind they counter needs fired, immediately for cursing at me. Another set of customer actually walked in and heard her rudeness and left. It took less than 1 minutes to take our order, pay, and give us three donuts. They are monitored on their drive through stats and lobby customers get pushed off. Even was told "can't you see there is only 3 off us working". The young man who did take initiative to serve us got a tip of double our order. Absolutely disgusting experience.

I never used to be a coffee person but over the last few years I have become addicted to Dunkin's Iced French Vanilla coffees. This particular place makes it just right, staff is professional and friendly. Only had 1 mishap where I ordered the mini bagel bites and hash browns and both were still cold. It wasn't an issue though because as soon as I said something they gladly remade more and this time it was hot

I am a sugarholic who has worked in fast food for almost half a decade in my time, so let's just say I have some sympathy for adults who have no other choice but to give up their dignity for a minimum wage service job. That being said, i try to go there in the morning before work and every experience has been absolutely terrible. For starters, there is a 'big boned' woman who acts like she just rolled out of bed 2 minutes before I show up EVERY TIME and when I go to pay, she acts as if I am imposing on her. There is also a very rude woman that has tattoos and mean mugs me when I'm handing her my debit card. These two winners are usually who you will encounter in the morning during the week so if you like sleepy and grumpy people interacting with you in the morning you found the perfect restaurant! Also, they are completely out of donuts a solid 50% of the time maybe even more, so all the more reason to come here.

27 Dollars down the drain Took 20 minutes to go through the drive-thru (mind you, I was the ONLY person in both the store and drive-thru) Had to remind them multiple times about what we ordered, sandwich was warm but cheese was frozen solid, and also had WAY too much pepper on it. We asked for glazed and chocolate Munchkins, not only were they cold, but the glazed were in fact blueberry, and the chocolate ones tasted like play-doh. We paid 27 dollars for 5 items and none of it was worth it.

20min wait in the drive through... They barely have a menu.. every other option was unavailable. What items we did get ordered we ended up sitting at the drive through asking multiple times for each item they forgot till they completed the order, do check lists not exist anymore? They would just throw items out and try to push us on our way... Not spending 22$ for a half filled iced cap. This is also my iced cap after it finally settled 5 mintues most of the drink is whipped up cream. I haven't even taken a drink of it yet... Just got home and checked out my sandwich... I'll just go back to Tim Hortons as my morning stop.
