Where's the beef? When I unwrapped their bread sandwich, with almost no meat, it was like the old commercial. Normally at this chain the sandwiches are sloppy to eat, because they have so much meat and cheese etc. Good bread, but little else. I will not be back to this place ever.

Employees were friendly. Philly cheese steak is my favorite and was well made with plenty of ingredients.ust have lemonade and fries to complete the meal. Needed a nap afterwards.

Food is too expensive these days to have hair in my fries and I bit down into a object that was a gard as a rock in my Philly sub.... Never again 😒 I'll keep my 20💰

The subs were alright, but way smaller than I right they would be. The cookie was soggy, falling apart, and smushed. Very disgusting looking

This is my go to spot for cheese steaks. They make them the best at this location. Very friendly employees and always a great experience.

Came in for lunch, not busy at all. The staff was friendly and you can tell they care about food quality, it was very good. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired though. Bathroom was totally disgusting, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The floors were sticky and greasy, the beverage area had fruit flies, we had to move tables because fruit flies surrounded us and tables and chairs were not wiped clean. Really hoping we don’t get sick from eating here, I love Penn Station but I won’t go back to this location.

If you have time, drive 12 minutes to the Loveland Penn Station. The Blue Ash location was a bad experience 2 out of 2 times. Food quality was not good at all and not up to standards of other Penn Station locations. Unfriendly staff. Left a review each time on the website and obviously they do not care enough to even reply. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but don’t waste your money at this location. $30 for two meals that were so bad we threw them away.

COVID precautions taken. I went in for a cookie. The sandwiches being prepared looked and smelled delicious. Their food is a bit greasy for me but sometimes it's worth the after affects. The cookie was solid goodness. I will definitely buy another. Thumbs high. 👍
