I don't see how this place has over one star. I came in for an oil change, I don't normally go to jiffy lube and I will never go again. Don't waste your time or money here on people who don't do their job. The absolute bare minimum is coming from this location. What a joke.

First visit a few months ago was very good this time not so good. The person who is supposed to check the fluids was on his phone the entire time. When I paid for my bill I said to the other gentleman was my windshield wiper fluid checked he said I'm sure the other guy did but let me check. He checked and the guy still on his phone had not and so this guy put some in. I left forgetting to have him check my brake fluid since I assumed that probably wasn't done either so I had somebody check next day for me. Also I asked before I left was the air in my tires checked he looked at me said let me go check so he checked that wasn't done. They didn't even give me a new little sticker to put in my car as a reminder. Very disappointing I'll have to try someplace other than this place next time. forgot also to this timewhen you first pull in it has that little sign ....STOP here our service people take it from here well they didn't this time. Last time I got out of the car they got in they pulled it in they took care of it and they pulled it out This time I drove it in and I had to drive it out Service: Oil change

My first time being to a Jiffy Lube and it was great. It only took about 10 minutes for an oil change, the mechanics were nice and the price was great. The only downside is that the parking/pull in area is a bit small.

Stopped in 1/29/21 about 3PM for an oil change. Fist thing was the guy that came to check me in had no mask on while I was wearing mine. He had me follow him to the lobby where another worker in there didn't have a mask on. I had to ask them to put them on. They both went out to work on my car. When one of them came back in - no mask again. The oil change seemed really fast and I wasn't hearing all of the checks being yelled out like usual so when the check-in guy came back in I asked how low the power steering was and he didn't know. He went back out and checked then I saw him add what looked like half a quart. After I get home I look at my receipt and things are checked off that obviously were not done such as washing the ext windows, vacuuming and checking wiper blades. My wiper blades definitely needed to be changed and I was ready to give them the go-ahead on those and the air filter which was about 2 years old but they never mentioned them. Business was slow so not sure why they couldn't take the time to do things right.

This place is fantastic and very well run. They treat you amazingly and don’t tell you anything you don’t wanna know. They are respectful and polite to everyone. This is my favorite place to go for car related issues. The manager who works there is top of the line! Definitely deserves 5 stars!

I come to this location specifically because they have the best customer service in the entire state. Anthony, the manager is just outstanding. He's kind and he is extremely helpful. Everybody at this location is so friendly and truly makes the customer feel welcome. The corporate office should send them free lunch or a bonus check or something, they work really hard and they deserve it. Outstanding job, Blue Ash. I tell all my friends and family to go to this location. In the words of Tina Turner, "You're Simply the Best, Better than ALL the Rest" 😁 😀 🏆

I was in on Sunday and got the best experience I have ever gotten from any automobile shop. It was Lloyd and another guy I can’t really remember his name. They actually showed me the old vs the new. Very respectable and friendly people. I recommend everyone to go here if you want something done on your car. Thanks guys

In and out quick. Service seemed fine but really no interaction with staff. Thru could have done nothing and I wouldn't have known. Made is get out of vehicle to sit in lobby although we wanted to stay in car. Not my first jiffy lube, but not going back to this one.
