I love Costco they have great customer service one time I bought a pair of jeans that was rather pricey and I left it in my shopping cart and forgot to take it and I was outside the store in a panic mode I ran back and explain to the manager that I left my jeans in the cart and as it turned out I actually left it in the street when it flew out of my bed of the truck but before that even happened the manager at the store was very sympathetic and they gave me another pair so I wouldn't be out $39 but once I found the extra pier in the street I ran back to the store and turn those in so no one was losing any money but the fact that they went out of their way to please me it was totally my fault for losing the genes they had absolutely no obligation to replace it on their dime but I love Costco they have absolutely great service wonderful store wonderful staff to work with

Came to do some groceries today at Costco bought a pack of carbonated flavored water, the photo of the drinks we had is attached below. My husband made couple of sips and he had a sharp chest pain and passed out outside of the car!!!!!!!!!!! He hit his head on the ground and the right side of the body. Can you believe it?!?! We’re suing Costco for this unsafe and dangerous drink! What if heart attack happened?! Costco you are responsible for all the safety of your products, and you’ll pay for it! I’m a pregnant woman and I drank this life threatening drink and I’m having a headache because of it. I warn you guys, be careful with Costco products and don’t believe what it says on the packaging.

One of the better Costco's in the Chicago area. The shelves are always properly stocked and the staff do a good job of making sure things look presentable even on the busy weekends. My only suggestion would be setting an item limit on the self checkout to help those people with less items check out more quickly.

This Costco is very clean. They have a lot of variety of meats, foods, snacks, and delicious cakes and cookies. Bonus, No other shop can beat their food quality and their gas prices.

Purchased a set of four tires from the Niles Illinois Costco location. Received an email indicating that my tires had been received and set up an appointment for the installation. Arrived at 10 o’clock when the store opened to have the tires installed. At 10:45 I received a call to let me know that they could only find three of the new tires but they had already taken all of my tires off the rims. I was told there would be a truck arriving at 11:30 with the other tire and they would let me know when they were installed. Waited in the store until 12:30 before going to the tire center to inquire about the installation. I was told that the tire did not arrive on the truck as was expected. Sadly, I was not informed that the tire was not delivered although they knew I was waiting in the store for the installation to be completed. Bad experience overall.

Costco is rip of on most items.....may be dairy has fair prices but I am really surprised that most people are sucked into it. Similar items can be found on Walmart or amazon and shipped to your door.

Took my son to buy a TV, checked other stores online but this was the cheapest price for a big smart tv for the same one than other stores were selling. Very quick self checkout. 1st time I been to Costco in Niles always go to the one in Melrose Park but was very impressed with easy parking and very clean store.

Costco is a great place to save money! It is wise to bring a list so you don't impulse buy. They do so much testing that you can count on Kirkland brand to always be good. The meats are superb. Everything is so good and the products are so tempting that it's hard to get out without spending a hundred bucks. It’s a Costco that looks like every other one, with the usual high quality brands and bulk packages. Besides I’m always find everything I need. My experience with Costco is always very wonderful. and the staff is very helpful and kind. The service I received was fantastic. Thank you to everyone at Costco 😊I appreciate it !!!

There are a few Costco's around Chicago where I stop by, and this is one of them. I often stop by during the week since on the weekend it can be crowded. They have tires, vacation packages, and other promotions. They have plenty of parking with big spaces. I like that some of their products are organic. They have prepared food just in case you want to buy ready to take home and eat. They also have a good court where you can sit and eat pizza, hot dogs, salads among other things.

Costco is amazing, love shopping at Costco. So many good deals ! And staff is always so nice. This particular Costco isn't my favorite but only because of the people, so rude and don't know how to park. Glenview is my favorite to shop, but that issues isn't Costcos fault.
