Have been a valued customer for quite sometime now. When I say valued, I mean every few moths I had my screen replaced. I have butter fingers and anger issues . The owner has amazing until covid19 hit. I broke another screen , contacted the owner and was told he does not have the screen on hand(needed to order it) He told me he’d get in touch once the screen arrived. I would need to drop off the phon at his residence since mall was close due to COVID. Well, owner called my husbands phone, out of the blue stating that he has the screen and we need to fly over there ASAP to get it replaced. Being a mother of 3 aged school children that was not possible. Called him today and was told since we did not make his time(very short notice at that) he will never fix my phone again. Talk about unprofessional. I made that dude mad money but it’s his loss not mine. Thirst bucket smh

Wow Previous comments are so far from my experience with this place. I had my Galaxy s8 fixed there great experience and price, then went back to moms apple 7 screen replaced, then again to get ipad mini 3 screen replaced. The only reason why I saw these reviews cause I lost their number cause I needed a quote on apple 8 plus screen replacement. So I have been dealing with new owners for the last 8 months repeat customer for sure.

The quality and service is awful here,they use cheep plastic instead of glass for screen repair and the workers are very mean.If I can give negative star I would do that. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Terrible, plastic screen replacement put it in the case and cracked without a drop. Wanted more money then the receipt said for no reason. Also took a week when the said 2 days. I highly recommend not going there.
