Tevin Rush was AMAZING! Professional & considerate - without prompting he researched & found a much better plan for our family. Then framed in a friendly conversation he found 2 more cost saving measures based on our memberships & budgetary restrictions. He is Kind & Intelligent gentleman -an excellent representative of the best of AT&T! Employees like him are why we chose to switch carriers 3 years ago and remain with AT&T despite uneven service & treatment. In one visit he balanced out many of the disappointing encounters& service we received during the pandemic from AT&T.

Terrible service. Walked into a bunch of staff all looking down into their phones even when saying the customary welcome to at&t. When I asked for migrating my corporate to a personal plan, had no clue how to handle it. Finally after trying to explain for a few minutes and talking to each other they decided the only way to do it would be to have the account owner present in the store and my explanations that this would be a corporate dept rather than a person fell on deaf ears. More than not getting my phone transferred it was the rudeness and lack of knowledge that was bothersome. Went to another store and it was simple as it could be to finish the process.
