Best cell phone store in Aurora, Illinois (IL) 2024

Hehe, I usually stop in while the family shops and I feel bad for the staff that work there. They seem pretty miserable and don't really interact with customers unless they ring you out. I've been to other GameStop and usually get greet you and this opens up the dialogue to help with finding a game or let me know upcoming titles and preorder goods. Video game inventory is pretty poor. Can't say I recommend stopping in unless you need to kill time and that's up for debate. ~Adurtka

The service was excellent, even though they were quite busy. The representative made everyone feel quite comfortable and worked between all the groups of waiting customers. Making us all feel quite comfortable that he was very invested in making sure we were all served quickly and thoroughly ~Maggie
