This distributor is the worst. Bought 3 very expensive ($3000) phones at the Niles Costco and was told there was a $200 incentive to buy a Note 8 ONLY through Costco. I bought 2 Note 8's and then later when logging onto the Verizon site, that 'exclusive' offer was the first thing that popped up. It was a busy day and the agent rushed through our order. I told them repeatedly that we wanted the unlimited plan. A couple days later, I called Verizon to check on a suspicious 4th phone added to our bill and then also noticed that we had a 12gig plan!! I explained the lousy experience we had with WA in Costco and Verizon was appalled and said they'd address it with them. I'm writing this review because after calling WA repeatedly - since the kiosk manager said there was nothing he could do - I've still not heard back from them. I'll deal with Verizon directly from here on. Don't buy your phones from Costco. There is ZERO benefit. And don't give Wireless Advocates your business. They are misleading and misinformed. After reading the review from an ex-employee, I begin to understand why they're so sloppy. I'd give them 0 stars if that was possible. ~Melissa

Came to do some groceries today at Costco bought a pack of carbonated flavored water, the photo of the drinks we had is attached below. My husband made couple of sips and he had a sharp chest pain and passed out outside of the car!!!!!!!!!!! He hit his head on the ground and the right side of the body. Can you believe it?!?! We’re suing Costco for this unsafe and dangerous drink! What if heart attack happened?! Costco you are responsible for all the safety of your products, and you’ll pay for it! I’m a pregnant woman and I drank this life threatening drink and I’m having a headache because of it. I warn you guys, be careful with Costco products and don’t believe what it says on the packaging. ~diana

Have been a valued customer for quite sometime now. When I say valued, I mean every few moths I had my screen replaced. I have butter fingers and anger issues . The owner has amazing until covid19 hit. I broke another screen , contacted the owner and was told he does not have the screen on hand(needed to order it) He told me he’d get in touch once the screen arrived. I would need to drop off the phon at his residence since mall was close due to COVID. Well, owner called my husbands phone, out of the blue stating that he has the screen and we need to fly over there ASAP to get it replaced. Being a mother of 3 aged school children that was not possible. Called him today and was told since we did not make his time(very short notice at that) he will never fix my phone again. Talk about unprofessional. I made that dude mad money but it’s his loss not mine. Thirst bucket smh ~monika

BEWARE,,, many food & drink items are expired,,, I gave the clerk an expired item & I ripped a corner from the package and it was back on the shelf the next day, they stock up items knowing they are expired... ~mr.

Very nice woman working the pharmacy went through a lot of trouble to help me get my insurance information figured out the correct way so that I wouldn’t pay a ridiculous amount of money for my prescription. Saved me a ton of money and was very nice about all my mistakes with my information. ~Terry

This is my second survey that I filled out this evening. I saved a nice little chunk of change with my coupons and CVS bucks today so I decided to start doing these surveys and providing feedback negative and positive when I see fit. Today's experience was a great one from the pharmacy staff to the manager of the store helping me out at the self checkout. I hope CVS doesn't start to replace some really wonderful employees with self-checkout. You have a great staff in this Niles, Illinois location. ~Lisa

Customer service here was very good. I was well taken care of. I had a problem with a purchase and their customer service was very curtious and respectful. I would definitely come back and recommend anyone to shop here. ~Ruben

Good location, well stocked shelves even later in the day. Has full food section and all the other normal departments. Their Pharmacy is a CVS and they do have a Starbucks. Front help desk staff was good. ~Ed

I go here once in a while to look around for whatever cool new movies and/or games they’ve acquired or to sell some of my own items. I’ve managed to buy some items I’ve been looking for at fairly reasonable prices compared to what other stores have been selling them for and in good condition as well! My biggest disappointments come from how much I end up getting for my items as well as sometimes not always finding what I’m hoping to find. Not really huge issues, especially considering that it’s not entirely their fault. I would still recommend visiting this place if you’re a fan of movies, books and games or just willing to pass some time for the heck of it. ~adrian
