This is my second survey that I filled out this evening. I saved a nice little chunk of change with my coupons and CVS bucks today so I decided to start doing these surveys and providing feedback negative and positive when I see fit. Today's experience was a great one from the pharmacy staff to the manager of the store helping me out at the self checkout. I hope CVS doesn't start to replace some really wonderful employees with self-checkout. You have a great staff in this Niles, Illinois location.

Went for my flu shot and the pharmacist Annie was awesome. It was busy and she handled everything beautifully..

I had to wait for the cashier to finish eating then brought up an item that was very clearly marked wrong and they wouldn't honor the price. Will be going to Walgreens instead.

Worst pharmacist and pharmacy staff. If I could give it a zero I would. Take your prescriptions elsewhere if you value your time and health.

I just spent over an hour at this CVS waiting to get a COVID test at an appointment time I booked 3 days ago. You can't get a COVID test at CVS unless you are high risk or had an exposure. I had an exposure, so I scheduled a test. After getting to CVS 15 mins before my scheduled appointment time and then waiting an hour for the test today, the rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful pharmacist told me she couldn't me a COVID test because their electronic medical records (EMR) system was down. While that would explain why results might be delayed, that does not explain why I couldn't get a COVID test today. The pharmacist simply refused to give me one. The pharmacist also angrily refused to reschedule me for a COVID test and basically just told me to leave. CVS and the pharmacist offered no resolution and basically told me to get F myself, despite me repeatedly informing them that I had a COVID exposure. Real professional and responsible. CVS is incompetent and irresponsible. DO NOT waste your time trying to get a COVID test from CVS, especially at the Niles Milwaukee Avenue location.

I injoy walking through CVS and looking at all the great merchandise trying to find the best deals and specials on products to get I really do like that the store is kept extremely clean and is very well stocked with the newest products and merchandise. The staff are extremely friendly and are extremely helpful as they are trained to answer your questions about most common products and services that are available to there guests.

How do you expect to wash your hands with no soap? Is it safe to assume your employees don't wash their hands either? Definitely don't want the pharmacist handling my medication with dirty hands. I could literally walk out the bathroom and grab a bottle of soap 3 isles down yet, you guys feel the need to fill up a soap bottle with water because soap must be SO scarce at this location... absolutely disgusting. And there is absolutely zero hope on the toilets being cleaned, is there?
