Super annoyed with this place. I looked up their hours online to make sure I would be able to make it there after work, online it says they close at 7pm. I showed up at 5pm and they were closed - it would be great if they could update their hours online so folks don't get surprised! I noticed one of the employees in the Mobile Tech Repair vans – I know they saw me as well but they literally didn't say anything to me. I ended up going to the location on Milwaukee in Logan Square – the employees there were awesome, explained how long everything would take, took the phone right away and were actually done early!

The store hours were not updated online waited in my car for 30 minutes, after waiting than get told that a laptop repair will take 6-8weeks. Gave me a card for $10 off a repair which is valid only at participating locations..

They don't give garanty about your own mistake, They left particles in the camera of my cell phone and that is why it does not have a correct focus and just said "we don't have system for fix Samsung cell phones. That's really crazy and unacceptable.

Outrageous prices. Ask the price of the service before you turn your phone in. I went to their store asking to have the protective glass on my phone replaced, (supplying my own glass, I had one piece left over, out of a two pack, after the previous day I installed one by myself and I couldn't get rid of the air in between the glass and the phone screen), the clerk took my phone in the back along with my new piece of protecting glass to be installed. She never let me know the price of the service, and I forgot to ask, thinking is a such a simple job and it probably cost somewhere between $ 5.00 and $ 10.00. It turned out to be much more. 10 minutes later the clerk brought my phone out to me, with the protective glass replaced and she ask me to pay $ 30.00. I looked at the screen and there is a piece of lint under glass but she is telling me that lint was already on the new glass. There was not, and I am sure of that because it was factory new and never open before' and if so they should let me know before they replace it. Apparently they do not have a clean room to work an the repairs and that's sh#t happens. I overcame the lint issue but I complained about the high price on such a simple job and she told me the price for "miscellaneous labor" is $ 50.00, but she gave me a discount by dropping the price to $ 30.00. In my opinion this work is very specific, simply "protective glass replacement". Somehow she drop the price to $ 25.00, I paid and went unhappy on my way. So people, be aware of of the ridiculous high labor prices of this place, and ask for the cost before they perform any work on your phones.

I requested their mobile repair option (they came to me) and I'm happy with the experience overall. Armani arrived right on time and was friendly/professional with his introduction. The repair was pretty quick and he was nice enough to chat with me about how he repaired my phone. Overall I'm happy with the service and Armani did an excellent job.

I brought my phone in for them to fix the screen, restore access, and transfer data to the new phone. Adam was excellent. Very professional and patient because I had tons of questions. He took his time and made sure I knew how to operate the transfer process on my phone. I use my phone for my business so it was important that I have access to my contacts and data. I would highly recommend UbreakIfix to anyone with a tech issue. This was the best customer service experience!!!

Byron, Judy and Jeremiah were extremely patient and helpful! They called to let me know the diagnosis of my phone which was great news!! Just a new battery! They took their time with me and explained other things I didn’t know how to operate in my phone. Such great professional and friendly service! I will be back!!

I took my iPhone in for insurance repair today 4/7 and even though their sign said “appointments only” until 4/12, I was able to get my phone repaired right away. Despite the sign and despite the store being entirely slammed, Judy was still willing and able to assist me. It took two hours, which I consider a reasonable amount of time for a store this busy and understaffed. I received a perfectly fixed phone in return. Even under these circumstances, Judy was kind, patient and accommodating— I found her to be extremely professional. I definitely recommend this location but will also remind people to manage their expectations. Don’t think you can snap your fingers and have your phone repaired in 15 minutes. Be reasonable and stay safe and well everyone!
