I scheduled an appointment for my cracked phone screen to be repaired. The employees were very friendly and helpful. My phone was repaired in just about an hour. They listened to some questions I had regarding my phone and tablet and they made helpful recommendations. I was very pleased with the service I received. I will patronize this location again.

Made and kept my appointment for dead iPhone battery. Service was satisfactorily done in about 15 minutes as promised. Used $10 off coupon. The technician/manager on duty was very knowledgeable and polite. Would definitely recommend to you.

My phone wouldn't charge. The local cell phone store affiliated with my cell phone carrier said I needed a new phone for the low-low price of $25/month/2years. Or I could file a claim (I had insurance) and for $89 get a refurbished phone in three days by mail. I went to your store, after calling, and the salesman put a new battery in and it fired right up. He was professional, personable, best retail experience I have had anywhere in quite some time. The other salesman helped several individuals with their problems while I was being helped. He was equally as professional and courteous as the gentleman helping me. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Took longer than normal bc they told me that they pierced through the cable to my phone’s touchscreen while replacing the battery. Thankfully they replaced my screen as well but it just seems off now and very sensitive. New battery life is less than the original Apple battery they took out to replace. They were all very nice but not really pleased with results. Don’t have time to leave phone with them for hours again as I am always on call and don’t trust the issue will be resolved.

I dropped it off and came back when they said it would be ready, but when I arrived to pick it up, the phone wasn't fixed. The new screen was delivered to them defective. They said they would get more the next day. The second day went very well. They got the phone done exactly when they said they would, gave me a discount for the frustration the day before. Their price was much better than other places I had checked. If I need another repair, I will use them again.

These guys are Great... I called about a broken screen on a Iphone 6. Not only did they fix my phone in about 45 min, they told me about a deal for adding a Battery for half price. I jumped on it. Phone looks and rings brand new. Great job guys.
