This location seems to be VERY CONFUSED. The moment I crossed the threshold I was told to remove my hat- ok, no problem, I removed my hat and even made a little joke about the teller wanting to see my nice haircut lol, BUT, as I conducted my business another customer walked in wearing a hat and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS SAID TO HIM ABOUT IT. So I suppose it is important to note that THIS 'RULE' ONLY APPLIES TO WHITE PEOPLE. Now I am no rohdes scholar- but I can ASSURE YOU- this is the very DEFINITION OF RACISM. PERIOD. Shame on you.

The new store manager Stephen has really turned this location around. He's done a great job. Also have been banking with FSNB for several years now and has been a good bank to me. Would definitely recommend.

If I could I would not even give one star. Employees are not at all very trained it seemed. I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes or so which I didn't mind . 45 minutes later I go to the desk and the gentleman who was supposed to be helping me was more concerned with talking to his coworker. Then finally when i got my money i noticed they charged me 50 bucks. I wasn't told about the fees and I'm aware i should have asked but any other reputable bank would have told you up front or had a fee chart. This location actually appears and operates like a financial institution, not a lemonade stand like to other location in Wilmington. Very friendly, still same policy when depositing a large check, but done properly, without argument or confusion, nor invasive questions about where the check came from.

I absolutely love fsnb an their staff is amazing..I've been banking with them for 5 years now an I've never had a problem..their system is so wonderful they will call you when they think a purchase is unusual from your debit card...thank you all for being such amazing people

They charge a dollar every time you swipe your card. Employees are rude and disrepcful and do not treat patients equally. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM THEY ARE A JOKE and BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!!!!!

I absolutely love banking with FSNB! Been years and no problems at all! All the ladies that I’ve had help me are all super wonderful, just so nice, and outright happy! Wouldn’t trade banks for anything!
