This location seems to be VERY CONFUSED. The moment I crossed the threshold I was told to remove my hat- ok, no problem, I removed my hat and even made a little joke about the teller wanting to see my nice haircut lol, BUT, as I conducted my business another customer walked in wearing a hat and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS SAID TO HIM ABOUT IT. So I suppose it is important to note that THIS 'RULE' ONLY APPLIES TO WHITE PEOPLE. Now I am no rohdes scholar- but I can ASSURE YOU- this is the very DEFINITION OF RACISM. PERIOD. I am a new customer with Wells Fargo. I have made 3 deposits and for some reason the have held my funds for TEN days. One of the checks were Certified funds and they STILL held it for TEN days. When I went in to open the account they told me there was no one there to open the account. So I had to Make an appointment and come back the following day. I would NOT recommend Wells Fargo to ANYONE!!!!! ~Carey

Friendly staff and great location. ATM is always working and the area is well lit. Pulling out on Eastwood is always a hassle, so be prepared and be careful. ~Adam
