I am a new customer with Wells Fargo. I have made 3 deposits and for some reason the have held my funds for TEN days. One of the checks were Certified funds and they STILL held it for TEN days. When I went in to open the account they told me there was no one there to open the account. So I had to Make an appointment and come back the following day. I would NOT recommend Wells Fargo to ANYONE!!!!!

Never really had a good experience at this particular location. Was on this side of town to do what I achieved at other locations for the gentleman in drive through to tell me he would not send two rolls of pennies through the shoot. Other locations have zero issues with this. Seems like he just didn’t want to do his job. Member since 2014 of Wells Fargo and this location always seems to have some sort of excuse. PS. Do not speak to your customers as if they are your homies. Very unprofessional. The Mayfaire location and the college rd location are amazing!!

Deshaun {spelling probably off} was the best person i ever spoke to at wells fargo! He took from 9am to 1pm to solve my problem on a SATURDAY!! He got my issue resolved over the phone I might add! and was working with other customers at the same time. He really cared about my deposit hold and was in the Christmas spirit. He is amazing and should get all the praise!! Thank you so much deshaun and merry Christmas to you and your family!

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 5 years. I rarely have any issues with them and I was very satisfied with my experience up to this point. I have 2 accounts, a checking and a savings. The savings has over a grand while the checking is for bills. On Monday a bill was paid early since my car finance company was under new management. I was unaware of the charge and used my card Monday through Wednesday until Thursday when I checked my account to prepare for the up coming bill. I was SHOCKED when I saw my checking account was now -500.00! I spent 250.00 (coffee 3 times and bought 4 various gifts for Christmas for my Family and Fiance) However there were 250.00 in OVERDRAFT FEES ALONE! Well I can forget having Christmas with my Family. I checked the mail, email and voicemail. Wells Fargo had made NO ATTEMPT to contact me. Not even to check if they were FRAUDULENT charges. Thanks for ruining Christmas Wells Fargo, I'll be changing banks on Monday.

I enjoy they are open on Saturday at some of their branches. I've been trying to open an account all week however to work at 7 a.m. and getting off at 6 p.m. does not allow me to do so. Saturday is still a good day to do business for me. The only thing negative for someone like myself is that they are a very operation which seem to have some silly rules. I have had accounts here in the past and have always been pleased with their service. I also love the Dum Dum lollipops at the majority of their Bank branches.

I absolutely love this branch. The branch manager as well as all of the associates that I have come into contact with have been courteous, knowledgeable and just all around excellent! You just can't beat their customer service!
