Always a line at the counter. Only one employee on register everytime I've been. Oh, and nobody knows how to put receipt paper in at the pumps because they are always empty. you will always have to go in and wait even for just a receipt.

It doesn't matter if this gas station is busy or not you're always going to wait at the cash register they're so slow! The manager here is horrible and I would not recommend going to Casey's on the corner of Union and Rte 49.

Pretty big joke when it comes to staff. I just wanted to pay for my gas but I end up waiting for the young lady ringing me up to finish texting and reading her cell phone before she would even acknowledge my presence. Seriously? You don’t play on your phone when you have customers waiting to be cashed out. Had to repeat myself as well because she was too busy texting. This here is why englewood and neighboring towns are seriously slacking on their business. Hiring children with little to know work ethic whatsoever.

If I could give zero stars I would. The store manager has no idea what she is doing. The employees in the morning are great, but have zero direction. The brand new store is never stocked, and thus has to be losing tons in revenue. Many other Caseys around the area are great gas stations to go to. But this one, Ashley, the general manager has completely ran into the ground. She leaves on breaks to go home for hours on end, and doesn’t show back up for days. Our company and employees give this store $2500 each month and we are completely fed up with the upper management of this store. Something needs to be done.

Came in at 10 min til 11p on our way home Sunday July 14 2019 and was told laughingly by 2 employees that the kitchen was closed when we asked about getting a pizza. They then took the food out of the warmer to throw away before we could purchase those. We are from out of state passing through and was told this was a great place for pizza. I will never again come to this location. I wish I could give this negative stars bit 1 will have to do.

There are two employees at the new Casey's on st.rt.49 just outside of Englewood Dayton area, they are twins. These two employees walked right by my son and I at the register and turned there nose too us and kept up with their conversation. This went on for 8 min. Finally another employee that was on her brake came and rang us up, there was a bit of a line by then. I like Casey's they have great prices, but two very bad employees, guess its double the trouble with these twins. Get rid of them please they are so rude!

Grand opening, i am very impressed! Every employee was up on their feet greeting everyone and answering all questions that needed to be answered. They were also quick at everything making food and checking you out at the cash wrap. Also im very satisfied with the food , very delicious!

My wife was waiting on a chicken sandwich and ppl looked at here and no one serviced her she ended walking out after 15mins of waiting and going to UDF.Same thing happened to me i was grabbing drinks and not busy and they looked at me and said nothing finally when I speak up they say oh I have to take her which is the employee over me And ring her up behind the counter I was late for work .I’m might give one on chance and if it’s bad I will never return
