There needs to be more stores just like yours!!!! The variety in this store will blow you away. The prices are more than reasonable. We travel just to come here and are never disappointed. From the moment you walk in and hear "Welcome to Chuppas" to the moment you cash out you are treated great! Keep up the good work. Can't wait to come back. 😁😁😁

Excellent store! Greeted as I arrived by the employee by the front door and all the employees were so helpful and friendly! I shop for a client there (I live in Solon but if I lived close I would be there often for myself) excellent produce and products unusual food items, lotsa great bakery & sweets!!! Love this store!

We ordered a large deli wrap tray, veggie tray and fruit bowl for part of our graduation party foods. They were by far the most popular. Family and friends texted us to ask again where they had been ordered. Delicious and fresh with great presentation. The staff was super helpful which is very hard to come by right now and very much appreciated! Ciao!

I've been hearing great things about this place for years now and finally went today. It definitely lived up to the hype. Huge selection, the best of the best. I plan on becoming a regular.

We were shopping for fresh fruits & vegetables. They had an adequate variety of both. As happens infrequently everywhere, we found some of the apples we'd bought were not in great shape. I hesitate subtracting stars at this point unless it continually happens. Friendly staff. Enough staff at checkoilut that they went thru the long lines quickly. We will continue to shop there.

I have never been disappointed with quality or customer service. And I'd like to give an extra kudos to Kathie (hope that's spelled right) in the deli. She is always smiling, she never makes you feel like you're an interuption whether you get 1 item or 10, she cuts it perfectly. And with a smile .So kudos to her and to chuppas for apparently being a good place to work . Team members like her are rare nowadays.

Extremely disappointed. I shopped there on Tuesday and bought a loaf of rye bread and a pound of corned beef for 12.00 a pound. Also an apple bread. The rye bread was moldy today. The corned beef was slimy, and the apple bread was so dry and hard you could not eat it. It is convenient to get to but I threw out about 20.00 worth of food.not happy.

First time and won’t be the last- pleasantly surprised! Lots of yummy stuff including some hot foods, and great prices on most things. The workers heightened the experience from start to finish, even little things like saying hello when you walk in, and they all seemed in good spirits. You can tell there’s lots of regulars who feel the same way as me. I got chicken noodle soup, chicken paprikash, stuffed shells, blush pasta, cali quinoa salad, chicken salad, a hot calzone, a huge orange, and a cookie :)

Love the selections of food, milk, juice, wine, cheese, bread, steaks, deli meats, condiments and fruits. The soups are DELICIOUS. Really nice employees but some make me feel uncomfortable sometimes. Tho, I will still be a customer. The employees at the deli section are always very nice and up for a good a joke or two. They keep smiles on their faces! When I go to check out my food is when I feel a little uncomfortable. Not too much smiling or a nice greeting. But, I will be back!! I just love the options 😁.

I was looking for a great place to provide lunch for a group of 75 people. I was referred to Chuppa's. Though it was about 25 minutes from where our meeting was held, the drive was totally with it. Incredible customer service and Lisa and the team there were so polite. Lisa helped customize and confirm my order and walked me through some gluten-free and vegetarian boxed lunches. Every item in the lunch was so fresh and delicious. We had so many compliments from our group. Everyone wanted to know where lunch was from. If I lived closer Chuppa;s should be a regular stop for me. They will be my go-to from now on when holding meetings in the area. Thank you Chuppa's!!
