Nov 5 2022 I used College Hunks Hauling and Moving today and the team Stacy and Shan and Lamar and team were excellent. They kept in touch on their arrival time, listened to my instructions, was careful moving large furniture, and loads of junk from my basement. Did excellent, timely work. I would recommend highly.

I had a good experience with college hunks. They were on time and hardworking. I felt it was a very good value for the work required. I ended up just donating my furniture to charity through them which I loved how convenient that was.

Intake woman was pleasant and friendly and I was given the impression the guys could help with furniture disassembly, wrapping furniture for protection. However, the movers didn’t seem as though they’d been trained and didn’t help with protecting the furniture. My furniture was disassembled and lots of the assembly parts left on my floors (that I found later), packing the truck was done so that it was high and stacked in the front with less towards the back so it all fell towards the back. Several pieces of furniture were damaged and new boxes literally crushed in half upon arrival. The movers didn’t seem to care too much when I asked to be careful with moving the furniture- I would be very hesitant to use this company again, especially the Cleveland location.

College hunks did an incredible job helping me move the furnishings for not one, but two houses! I submitted a request for an estimate late one afternoon, received the estimate the same day, and their team knocked out the job the very next day - no problems. Their team communicates extremely well, their movers are professional, and I would certainly recommend them to everyone in the area.

I cannot state this enough - the actual movers were fantastic! (Professional, efficient, friendly etc.) HOWEVER, the office management leaves something to be desired. They didn’t communicate changes in their schedule and there for left me to re arrange my schedule for the delivery and pick up. I’d hope the office management hires more movers or finds a way to be more transparent in regards to the logistics. The actual moving process was awesome, the movers they have are great!

Thank you so much for being reasonably priced. The movers were fast and was in and out in less than 40 minutes. I had a lot of glass windows and they were very careful not breaking them. They also emptied out a room full of bedroom furniture. I will use them again in the future.
