Store Never opens on time & I don't pay my wireless bill at this location even with the promotions metro pcs has I pay my bill at the kinsman road location & none of the new phones do I want even for a upgrade

Everyone here is always friendly, and extremely helpful. I went in because my phone wasn't charging and doing it's own thing. One look and it was diagnosed as having a virus. A couple of hours later, in their knowledgeable hands, and it's like new!! I won't go to another store!!

They said Galaxy in the commercial, but they don't say it's a J3. Was disappointed I had a 4S much better than a J3
