Kitchen seems to never be open or closes at odd times. If you want to get a fast pizza order in then you should have a back up plan.UPDATE!! I'm done! They continue to close the kitchen at odd hours and do not answer the phone forcing you to make a wasted trip to be told they are closed.

They kitchen staff was great and the front register was working but standing here with my mom at the food counter 3 employees just jacking there jaw while we wait for anyone to notice we need assistance and even to top it off she one got up and walked out of the store without notifying kitchen staff they had customers. Shame on up

Their pump wouldn’t finish giving us gas. I go in to explain that we prepaid 15.00$ she told me to hang up the nozzle and try again.. so I hung up the nozzle and tried to explain to her that our prepay went away and then she continued to print a receipt and explain to me that we didn’t prepay.. I’m not gonna sit here and argue with ignorance. I’m a regular customer with Casey’s all over Ohio. They are the only place with my kind of gas type for my vehicle. And I can honestly say I am so disappointed with the customer service with this store..

Every single person that works at the Covington location is super friendly. This store is the cleanest and best run store around. I frequent the Tipp City, Jackson Center and Covington locations frequently and Covington blows the other two away. Jackson Center is not even worth stopping at anymore. It is never stocked and the associates aren’t friendly at all. Kudos to the Covington location. You have great people there.

Not actually open 24/7. Wasted my time driving here after a long night shift to get some pizza just to be met with no lights and a closed sign...

Food here is nothing like other Casey’s and $30 of pizza just went in the trash because it was still gooey raw dough. I want to love it because I’m happy they’re in town but it’s just not good. And to receive an offer of a free large pizza for my next visit instead of a refund for the two large, inedible pizzas I got, was frustrating. I wouldn’t eat another pizza here...even a free one. Disappointing. Hopefully it’s just some new bugs they’ll get worked out.

It took 15 minutes for someone to get me 1 piece of pizza and exactly 12 minutes standing in line to pay for it and there was a lineup all the way to the bathroom. They are slow and as I stood there the people making the food were doing some big mistakes as far as sanitary measures go

I stop for gas and packaged food but the pastries/ doughnuts be careful they do not cook them all the way! I’ve had pastries that had completely raw dough in them, doughnuts with curdled cream filling. When they first opened in our small town, my husband lived there breakfast pizza and now he says he won’t get it because it’s not cooked all the way. I get it’s hard to find good people as I run a restaurant but you need to make sure temp. Are accurate with food standards. Your going to make people sick. I’ll be lucky if I don’t get sick after eating a piece of raw pastry I bought. When I called no apology no nothing just okay thanks! I don’t want anything, it wasn’t even a $! I’ll just make my own at home. But at least apologize and say I’ll go check the rest of the pastries. I got ok thanks! The only reason i gave a 2 star was because I do buy other things there, pre-packaged of course, never again anything they actually make.

My girlfriend used to constantly complain about people bragging how good the pizza was...then she tried some. That shut her up. And there’s nothing I enjoy more then her shutting up.
