Went to the drive-through sat there for seven minutes nothing happened. (i’ll be with you in a minute ) So I went inside and the two people working told me that they were slammed busy. There was one car in the parking lot and they were doing nothing they said they had Internet orders but ther they had made no Internet orders they were lying. They just wanted me to go away so I did. When you had a manager this was a good restaurant but now you have no standards and no accountability. I won’t be going back.

Sat in line over 10 minutes, got order wrong, asked for my money back short changed me 1.99. Would not recommend.

I'm so happy to see this location has a decent rating, because it's definitely the best Subway I've ever been to. Check out the pic of The Monster (add tomatoes) that I got there. (Sandwich opened to show both sides.) This was awesome. I probably hadn't been to a Subway in almost a decade, but I've been here 3 times in the last month, and I'll probably keep going back weekly. (Tip your sandwich artist...) Edit: We've been back several times, and it's been just as impressive every time. Take the one-star reviews here with a grain of salt. Many of them give 1 star for ridiculous reasons. Skip the drive-through, order ahead, and enjoy your perfectly made sandwiches.

Sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes without being greeted, despite saying "hello?" multiple times. when I finally gave up, and pulled around the building and went in, despite being PAST the time my order was supposed to be ready, they were JUST starting it. I am LESS than impressed, and will not be returning to this location. it would be wise to strive to be the best subway, especially when there are multiple within a mile.

This place always seems to be out of whatever I want. Rarely has fresh veggies. Had to wait for them to cut tomatoes and cucumbers on last visit. 😩

Horrible drive thru. We sat at the window for 20+ minutes and the door in the back was shut and didn't move. Nobody even showed up so I just left. Never going again. Go to the other subway less than 3 miles from it.

15 minutes waiting in the drive-through without so much as a greeting with one car behind me. No one answering the telephone when I tried to call. Yet workers moving about inside to serve a single guest

I ordered off of GrubHub from the Subway - it's literally right up the road from me - and they contacted GrubHub and refused my order for neighborhood discrimination. They deliver to my area, but refuse to deliver to a HUD based apartment complex filled with all races. Ironic. Blatant discrimination. The BBB will be looking into this. Also I'm never ordering from here again since usually I picked up my order and was a regular customer for YEARS.
