They're very clean, very nice and friendly. I had my hair cut and colored by a teenager. She had no clue what she was doing. This is supposed to be a top notch salon... I was expecting experience, I was expecting professionalism. But instead I got to hear all the Highschool drama. I drove an hour and a half for a botched cut and chunky fat highlights.

My daughter treated me to a full day of pampering for my Birthday. I started out with a hair treatment, highlight, and cut by Alexa. As always, she did an amazing job and My hair looks great! While my color was processing she gave me a beautiful gel manicure. After my hair and nail services, I moved to the spa room with Shannon and had an absolute wonderful massage and facial!! After one hour with Shannon…I walked out feeling so relaxed and my skin was glowing! Thank you Alexa and Shannon for a very special day. I highly recommend this salon…very professional and extremely friendly staff!

Hanna did my deluxe pedicure. It was relaxing and my toes look great. I really like Facet. They have a lot of great salon and spa services. I will definitely be going back. Update 5/31/22 Alexis did my deluxe pedicure. She was friendly and did an amazing job on my toes. If you are thinking about going you should try them out!

Deanna was very friendly and I loved the facial she provided and she even gave me some tips on helping my oily skin. Nice atmosphere, I got another appointment schedule already.

Alexa was absolutely amazing! She made my hair look and feel amazing, and was so easy to talk to making the whole experience relaxing. I will definitely be coming back here anytime I need my hair done!

Called in for appointment to get nail tips filled and color change. Lady gave me appointment. I go and girl starts on my nails and after awhile asked if I had nail tips. I said , yes that's what I'm here for. Well guess what???? They don't do those. So they can't fill in tips. Poor young girl, I let her butcher my nail. Broke two tips half way off. 😒 Unbelievable that this owner made me an appointment for something they didn't do. She sure charged me like they did the job I wanted!!!!

Finally had my first manicure since the pandemic started! It was very much needed and Hannah took her time and made sure I was happy throughput the whole process. She was also fun to talk to!

I had my first time visit there with Megan as my stylist, and it was honestly amazing. She was so friendly and listened to what I wanted and gave very helpful and honest input. I LOVE how my hair turned out!!! She knew what she was doing, and I walked out feeling so great about my hair. Will definitely go back!

Needed a mental health pick me up so went to Facet, a salon near me, for a long overdue haircut. I was feeling a bit frumpy working from home since March—you can only do yoga pants & messy bun for just so long.! The staff is great and very attentive. Rachelle pampered me, listened to what I wanted and I walked out feeling great and loving my new hairstyle! Best salon around! Highly recommend!

I found Facet Salon & Day Spa in Groupon. However, when I asked to use the Groupon to save on my hair cut, I was told that it was for a cut and style with a tier 1 stylist. This was after I had already received a cut and style by the owner, who is a tier 4. I then expected the price to be as advertised on their price list, but was told that the price I would pay for the cut and style was $10 greater than their advertised price because of the status of the stylist. I was so taken by the prices, I didn't bother to consider the cut I just received. I have since had a few days to play with the cut and it is crooked. The top dollar I paid to experience a cut from the owner, was for a lop sided cut. I just can't believe it. The salon doesn't have the best lighting or mirrors, so I'll assume this impacts the customers ability to get a good look at their new style. I am still giving the salon 3 stars because my daughter and I also had a shellac nail service and my daughter had a facial. I feel somewhat unfair to judge the employee who took care of our nails and facial because she was not feeling well at the time and still did a very nice job on our nails. However, because she wasn't feeling well and made the choice to work rather than call off, she exposed my daughter and I to her cold. Within a day, I had a nasty sinus infection. I even washed my hands thoroughly after I had allowed her to finish my nails. In hindsight, I would have just told the girl no thank you and we'll reschedule when you're feeling better. However, after paying unreasonable prices for a lop sided haircut, I may not have rescheduled and wouldn't have returned. The owner was very nice, as were her staff. She mentioned the salon was going to get a new look. I hope when it does the owner will seek out bright and flattering lighting. Something I will consider with each trip I make to future salons will be their choice in lighting and mirrors (especially the mirrors). I attached a picture below of the hair cut. The picture is not great, but it shows the shortest part of the hair is on the left side of my neck rather than the center of my neck. I also attached a photo of the nails, which again are not bad and they were priced as advertised.
