It seems so rare these days for a company to actually live up to their word 100%. I give Pure Energy LLC 10 out of 5 stars. First time I ever ordered for my GEN4 heater and first time from this company. From ordering to the packaging, to the time to get to my door the experience was great. They even included instructions on how to install the bulb elements for my portable heater as well as a magnet business card (GREAT IDEA) and a return address sticker in case an old head like myself would rather write. It's the little things that make a good professional customer relations and as far as I can see they covered all the bases.
