The girls in the office are fantastic and treat you like you are family. I was trying to purchase a home and every couple of weeks Christa would check to see how the house hunting was going. As it turned out; I got a different job and am moving south and will have to rent again for awhile. I went into the office and spoke with Christa, who got everything I needed completed to switch my renter's insurance over to the new apartment. If you need great insurance agents who actually care about you.....look no further!!!!

I was recently involved in an auto accident. Thankfully, no one was hurt. My car suffered extensive damage and was not able to be driven. At this point I'm starting to worry about a number of things. I found out very quickly I didn't need to worry. A rep from State Farm called me and he had a rental car all set - I just needed to go pick it up. Another rep called me to make sure everything was in place if there were any medical bills. Every aspect of the accident was covered by a very professional, caring individual from State Farm. And every $$ cost related to the accident was immediately covered by State Farm. No arguments, no delays - they just stepped up and took care of business. Very impressive. I haven't seen teamwork and efficiency like that in years. And this professionalism extends to their office staff as well. If you have a question or need something, a call to their office in Huron will get you what you need promptly from individuals who are courteous and friendly yet knowledgeable and professional. I've dealt primarily with Jeanne and Nicole and I can't say enough about the both of them. They get done what I need promptly and correctly. So...if you're looking for insurance, State Farm is number one in my book. And the staff they have working for you is number one in my book also!
