Got insurance through the website, two days later Kelly Kershner contacted me to inform me that since I chose to not have my wife covered on the vehicle that "well yea...yea well yea....they probably wont cover me. because well yea...yea...." is all she could say...so well yea..I needed coverage for two more vehicles, life insurance and home owners. I would not accept coverage from this place if they paid me too. I will be taking my business elsewhere. so well....yea. By the way Kelly, thanks for not even getting my last name right when it is listed correctly on the policy in front of you. ***UPDATE: Chris Ruby, directly contacted me to inquire as to my experience and to see if their was anything that could be done to rectify or improve upon the situation. Everything that a company and or representative should do when faced with a review such as mine. I will update my review to reflect this effort. It is nice to know that Chris reviews his page and tries to maintain a good relation with his clients.
