Their work is excellent; however, they have lost that small-town feel. The "corporate way" is a massive turn-off for me. It seems like they are always trying you sell extras., like the "comprehensive inspection" for just $70. I went in for an oil change, and during their inspection of my vehicle, they not that the cabin air filter needed replacing. The staff had to access it behind the glove box to do this check. When I inquired about the replacement cost, it was $75. I already knew that the filter was about $25. I asked why the price was $75; the response was it was the labor for the access; mind you, the mechanic already accessed the filter for free during the inspection. It took me about 3 minutes to replace this filter myself. I don't mind paying for labor, but $50 for 3 minutes of work? They also told me that my rear tires were worn and cupping due to worn-out suspension that I should replace for $750. I was replacing the tires the next day, so I had the tire place look at the suspension. There was nothing wrong with the suspension. The rear tires were out of alignment. That caused the cupping. I used to love going there tell the male worker tht works days on Fridays one I drive out there I'd by clothes n shoes I bout a pair nice Nike n the worker was so mad cause I bout um he approached me and kinda scared me for byn the shoes ! Sence he started working there there is no more shoes in my size he hides um n has his wife come get screw tht store it's for the workers n thy charge wat thy want and keep the rest !! Nvr go there r give for him to take n resale on line witch he does !! ~Donny

We really loved the place. It has a nice atmosphere and the servers were all friendly and fast. I ordered the HUGE pretzel for dinner. My husband ordered the chicken Alfredo. He cleaned his plate😉so it must have been good. My pretzel was delicious and obviously very much meant for sharing. It came with 4 dips : Ground mustard =good Cinnamon butter=good Cream cheese= ok? I'd have like to see it flavored like chive or garlic or??? Kinda bland by itself as a dip. Beer cheese=Not good at all. Normally beer cheese is my favorite. This was grainy & flavorless. Probably the worst I've ever had. That is the only reason for 4 stars. ~Rebecca

I have ordered Takeout at Subway many times throughout the years and this is by far the slowest experience I have ever had. It was quite obvious that the teenage workers ….which was all three of them …and they were all very young …it was quite obvious that they did not care. As I waited in line behind seven other individuals and had seven sandwiches in front of mine and they asked me if I would like it toasted well it did not matter because by the time I finally received it it was cold anyhow. They were an absolutely no hurry whatsoever to make the seven sandwiches in front of mine to get the customers paid for and on their way. I will never use the subway again in the future. ~Alan

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was originally referred to this vet by my family. Absolutely terrible service, extremely unprofessional, and have received very condescending treatment from the staff at this establishment. In the middle of having a true emergency with my dog, they could not find my name - phone number - account number - anything. In addition to that, they acted as if their incompetence was my fault. I have confirmed with paperwork from MULTIPLE VISITS here with my other dog, that I've indeed been a client at their location for well over a year now. I was not impressed any of the times I visited, but due to needing immediate care for my dog - they were my first call today. In addition to not being able to find ANY information on me or my family (who had been going here longer than I have), they decided to ask very rudely - why I didn't take my dog in sooner if I knew something was wrong... again, implying I'm at fault - when I repeatedly told them the emergency took place THIS MORNING and I called immediately. After having *Pat*, I believe her name was, shout over me and not let me get a word in edgewise, I simply hung up the phone and will never attempt to return to this place. If you care about your animals, please take them to someone who cares about them too, because this place sure doesn't. They can't even keep their records straight. ~Ashley
