I have ordered Takeout at Subway many times throughout the years and this is by far the slowest experience I have ever had. It was quite obvious that the teenage workers ….which was all three of them …and they were all very young …it was quite obvious that they did not care. As I waited in line behind seven other individuals and had seven sandwiches in front of mine and they asked me if I would like it toasted well it did not matter because by the time I finally received it it was cold anyhow. They were an absolutely no hurry whatsoever to make the seven sandwiches in front of mine to get the customers paid for and on their way. I will never use the subway again in the future.

Today was the 3rd time in two weeks that they were out of steak, chicken. The only subs they could do was cold cuts. I was told by the worker they don’t have time to prep. I left without a sub and went to waterville. They must of had time to prep. Unbelievable not sure how they stay in business.

Got the sub of the day turkey breast, add ham and bacon, then when I paid the “manager” told me how I paid more for basically what is an all American subway club, didn’t just ring it up as that, just laughed at me because I didn’t know that and charged me more. It was a .50 cent difference so I don’t care, but if that’s how you run a business, laughing at your customers instead of just helping them, I won’t be going back. Figured others should know that.

I’m starting to become really disappointed in this subway location. A lot has changed over the years and I’d like to say that last week my fiancé picked us up dinner from subway and he has said that the kid doing our sandwiches didn’t care and looked high. Clearly didn’t “understand” my fiancé when he said lettuce pickles and onions and the kid went to put tomatoes on his sandwich. Where the heck did he hear tomatoes?? My bread was stale and saggy as it wasn’t a fresh batch either. Should really pay attention to who they’re hiring if most of the crew are high and don’t wanna work.

We had an amazing experience. There was one man ( he was very cute ). He put the perfect amount of every thing on. I think his name was Cooper Moore. If I could I would have given him a smooch as a tip ( but that is not socially acceptable ).

I used to like Subway but the one out in Whitehouse kind of sucks when it comes to making sandwiches these days. I guess I’m going to have to start going in and not order online. I asked for avocado spread and they never put it on there or made the bacon crispy. Shows they don’t know how read the instructions when someone orders online.

Placed a large order on the mobile application today during lunch rush. Despite them being extremely busy, our orders were completed before the time listed on the mobile app, they were perfectly made, and the employees made sure we had everything we needed before leaving the store. This is by far the cleanest Subway I have been to and I will continue to return. Thank You!

Awesome, friendly and helpful! Waited patiently while I put my orders together! This was my second visit! They really listened to my choices. Excellent! That made my visit not just getting food but enjoyable and happy visit!

Wrote a bad review about 8 months back and it was warranted. Went back a few times this month and the store has done a complete turn around. Very clean, workers acted liked they cared, and plenty of bread!! Thank you for feeding the family!!!
