Their work is excellent; however, they have lost that small-town feel. The "corporate way" is a massive turn-off for me. It seems like they are always trying you sell extras., like the "comprehensive inspection" for just $70. I went in for an oil change, and during their inspection of my vehicle, they not that the cabin air filter needed replacing. The staff had to access it behind the glove box to do this check. When I inquired about the replacement cost, it was $75. I already knew that the filter was about $25. I asked why the price was $75; the response was it was the labor for the access; mind you, the mechanic already accessed the filter for free during the inspection. It took me about 3 minutes to replace this filter myself. I don't mind paying for labor, but $50 for 3 minutes of work? They also told me that my rear tires were worn and cupping due to worn-out suspension that I should replace for $750. I was replacing the tires the next day, so I had the tire place look at the suspension. There was nothing wrong with the suspension. The rear tires were out of alignment. That caused the cupping.
