Yes. Eat here. I start with that. because if you are driving. You want to know quickly. Check your order here. always! If you are diligent about that. The food is good. If you have the chips. Sometimes they taste old. And sometimes come in a million pieces. I have gotten tacos and burritos. With very little on them. But usually if you ask them. They will make it right. The people are not genuinely friendly for the most part. Most are not even professional by no means. When talking with the manager. He did not. Address me. like a professional. And one of the employees. I was trying to compliment. Ran to the back of the store and got on his cell phone. While I was talkin to him and the manager. It's a sad day. I have an allergy to red meat and when they switch to different products, they don't change their gloves. I'll have something with chicken and break out from it. Sadly, my taco bell days are over.

The service is poor the food is nasty it is cold and has very little products except lettuce in which that is about all you get in the Taco, the Mexican pizza was so nasty I couldn't eat it ..the employees are the worst I have ever seen , the management isn't any better..the store here in Jackson ohio needs closed down and reopened by new owners.

I had order threw the door dash app cause I have covid and my food arrives just to pass me off. I'm a very picky Eater but that doesn't cloud my judgment when people can't even attempt their job. All the food is cold not a single thing was even remotely warm. Completely forgot about my nachos or my extra dorritos taco. No straws. I'm sad to see how terrible the fast food industry has fallen 😞.

Didj'all even let go of the press handle when you put this one through? Quicker service than usual today, but at the expense of my food. No cheese was melted in the making of this quesadilla. All the toppings fell out as I was eating it. Will be sure to ask for "well done" next time.

Dont order the nacho grande box with chicken from the Jackson ohio one it was the worst id ever got an the got mad when unhook them back re made them an I disnt even have an chicken the 2nd time I got them an ordered extra this what the box looked like slopped together an chips were just crumbs an the couldnt see the problem I had to explain to them why I wanted another box
