They were happy to answer questions and explain the work done in an easy to understand way without talking down to me. Everything was resolved in a timely manor and I couldn't be happier with the service that I was provided. Highly recommended, I will happily be back again for future auto work. My husband experienced a severe problem with our vehicle which made it dangerous to drive.Upon taking it to Busch Automotive they were able to identify and repair the issue, (turned out to be the alternator) Work was done promptly and reasonably priced as well. Very courteous and professional service from start to finish. Glad that they are here close by in Jefferson. Highly recommend their service.

Pretty good service, specialized skills for foreign cars. Prices seem a bit high, but that may be everywhere? Usually identify and fix the issue quickly. We’ve taken several vehicles here for service.

They forgot to tighten the lug nuts after doing a tire rotation. Got two blocks away and the front tire started coming off! One would think the service would be better being that they charge astronomical prices. Over $100 for a oil change and tire rotation. That's $30 higher than the dealership!
