Hot Topic has changed for the worse as the years go by, in my opinion. It is definitely not the same store from 20 years ago. It is too mainstream. I honestly don't know why I even go in anymore other than hoping to see some of the old days that made the place a great store.

My daughter had asked for some items for Christmas that were hard to find. We ended up at Hot Topic and we found exactly what we had been looking for! The workers there were so sweet and kind. They helped us tremendously! I will definitely be going back! Thank you Hot Topic!

I am sure there isn't anything wrong with the store, but I feel too old being in here with references I don't get. The whole goth scene is dead and all Hot Topic really is anymore is meme culture. If you are a larger person you won't find T-Shirts in your size. Though, seeing Kirby related stuff in the store was very nice.
