I know the food is AMAZING because I make it.. I love working there. My only issue would be about the negative Nancy's that have posted about me on these reviews.. I don't get it?? I'm so nice to every one of my customers.. But there is always some girl w a low self esteem or just not happy w themselves that they have something bad to say about me.. It's sad really.. I'm just working trying to get by like the rest of us.. What Have I done to deserve this mistreatment? I've decided what I'm gonna do about all these Karen's that pick on me behind my back and have nothing nice to say about me.. I'm gonna continue being a positive and an up lifting person. I know the things said about me are made up just to make me look bad but ppl that know me.. knows when things are being Vindictively said about me.. My customers love me and I appreciate them.. You treat ppl the way you want to be treated.. And that's what I'll continue to do.. And the next time someone wants to have a bad day and come in and abuse me w their words because they are having a bad day.. it's NOT ok.. so please before you say things about a person please think before you speak.. We all have it rough and no matter how bad your day is. It doesn't give you the right to abuse or put down another person.. Just start your day by talking to God. And pray for others.. pray for yourself.

Our order came home completely incorrect. I called them directly and was very happy with their response. Mistakes happen! When a business is willing to correct the mistake… 5 Stars! Excellent customer service matters so much!!!

She was rude as hell never asked what I'd like to eat And when I try to tell her my order she laughed commented on my Weight I left crying I'll NEVER come back when she's there

Charged me for extra mushrooms on all 4 of my 10 inch sandwiches....which is fine!!.... but got no mushrooms...... Way too expensive for low quality food. If they make your order right!

I give this location only 4 stars because it looks like its about bare minimum. The owner seemed nice an has owned this location for a decade or more. You'd think it would be more put together like the Marathon gas station just across the street. Either way reasonable gas prices an the Mr Hero looks well cleaned an food service was promptly served.

Stopped here when we were on our way home from a weekend trip. I ordered a $4.99 kids meal. Choice was chicken nuggets or cheeseburger. My son wanted the burger. She then asks what size 🤔 never thought there was a size option on a kids meal so I tell her small. Then they did not have the drink type as advertised so the choice was a Capri sun or lemonade. My son chose lemonade The $4.99 kids meal cost me $10.97!!! I asked the man assuming he was either the manager or owner why I was charged so much when I asked for a kids meal. He asked me if that’s what I asked for I told him yes a kids meal with a cheeseburger. He totally dismissed it tells me it’s big you can share it! 😳 news flash ! It was small my son had no problem consuming this all on his own. Really disappointed in their lack of customer service. They are obviously in need of making a few extra bucks by screwing over patrons.
