I am from NC and I look forward to getting Mr. Hero every time I visit. This time I asked if there were any sandwich specials and the girl at the counter said no! So I ordered 4 10” sandwiches and 4 large fries and jalapeño poppers, while waiting I realized there was a family special 4 sandwiches, fries and drinks for $40 I spent $62!! I went to the counter and said I thought you didn’t have specials she stated oh! That’s not a special that’s something we do all of the time!! She didn’t offer a refund of any sort didn’t offer to give me drinks or anything to make up for the misunderstanding so I asked for cheese and she was like let me see if I can!! Not a very good experience at all this year 😢😢

Very clean place that is important to me. The food was good. But the Roman burger dose not have the same flavor that it did years ago. These food chains need to stop cutting back on there original ingredients it really dose change the taste of the food.
