They are very honest and do quality work. Once when my car only needed a minor adjustment to work, they didn't charge me at all! He said it only took less than 15 minutes, no charge!

While trying to head back to Florida we had a bit of car trouble. We immediately stopped at several automotive mechanics that while nice, they offered no immediate solutions to our dilemma. I immediately called our family member we had been visiting and they recommended Exceleration as they were very familiar with them for many years! Not only did Carl shoot straight from the onset about they would do their best to diagnose the problem since the car would not run over 40 and let us know as soon as they got a look at it. Amazingly enough Carl called me within 2 hours not only with a diagnosis but with a price and the notification that they could fix it and be ready by 2:00 pm!!! I would not only reccomend them, I would HIGHLY recommend them!! Thank you Carl for enabling us to make it back home on time and not miss any work!!! Kind HONEST people!!!

Half a dozen times I've had them service my car and each time the work was stellar and the cost was considerably lower than chains like Firestone. They actually tell you what work does not need to be done. A moral compass is quite a pleasure to do business with.

Had a low tire pressure light come on during my drive to the Dr. Pulled off the freeway to try and find out what was going on. Pulled into shop and they gladly aired up all of my tires. Stand up guys and would highly recommend them!!!!!!

They repaired an oil leak in our vehicle and less than 24 hours later our engine blew because the “repair” made the problem worse. After we picked it up, we noticed the oil pressure was dropping at idle. We told the mechanic who had worked on it and let him know that it had never happened before but he said that it was normal. After our engine blew we contacted them to discuss it and they were rude and dismissive. They refuse to take any responsibility for the damage. I would not have expected this type of behavior since the owner is an elder at Parkside Church and was recommended by the them.

Absolutely terrible service! Take your car somewhere else. The drive chain on my car went and Exceleration charged $100 to diagnose the car and then proceeded to tell me they didn't want to do the work. The car wasn't driveable so I had to have it towed from their shop to someone that was capable of doing the work. Take a look at the sign on the front of their building "Foreign Car Repair Specialists", if you are going to make such a bold statement then you shouldn't be turning down repair work when the job is difficult.

Excellent service. Family and friends have been using Exceleration for years. Ignore some of the comments below, you can pick your car up after hours if you simply ask. In fact, I am doing that today. Also, communication has been nothing short of superb. Carl has been able to consistently provide me next day quotes. Occasionally, next day repairs are possible depending on the complexity of the task and other scheduled work. One cannot simply expect every kind of repair whether complex or simple to be done at the customer's convenience. That is just not always possible and people who do not know anything about cars seem to believe otherwise. Carl's shop is extremely clean, well put together, and offers excellent service and feedback for all car owners.

I have taken cars to Carl for many years. After a hiatus of over ten years when we lived far away, we have returned to find the same high level of service and expertise. Not only can and do they fix cars as disparate as ancient VW Beetles and newer Ferrari's, they are honest and fix what needs to be done. They don't hunt for remote or nonexistent problems like some of the chain operators. Carl has enough business to keep busy. Price is reasonable but you do have to make an appointment, usually a week ahead.

Very knowledgeable and professional crew. The owner, Carl, is customer-focused and will not replace parts unless necessary. I live 30-minutes away but will return to Exceleration for future car needs as I trust my car is well taken care of and I'll be charged accurately for service performed.
