Heinen’s is a great grocery store, always clean and stocked and friendly. We get all our drinks there for the office refrigerator! They load them right into your vehicle for you. I do my personal grocery shopping there too in order to feed my family of 5. Highly recommend.

This store isn't what it used to be. Even before covid many items were very overpriced. Still, it was a pleasant shopping experience in general. I notice lately it is not as clean as it used to be. Sometimes the floor is quite dirty. Used to consistently be a very clean store. Many employees as of late, on the floor at least, are not what they used to be either. Very sad what has happened to this store.

This is such a unique super market with upscale foods, bakery items, beer, wine and more. They sell a folding carrying box for groceries that I use not only for groceries but almost everything I do each day. I highly recommend this location with friendly staff and a wonderful shopping experience. Don't forget to get one of their reusable carry boxes!

A great grocery store in the heart of Mayfield Village. The product selection is great, shelves are always well stocked, there are plenty of assortment in the deli and bakery sections and line wait times aren't terrible as opposed to places like Aldi where it takes forever to checkout. My only gripe has to be with prices. Even before the pandemic and inflation Heinen's has been known to be more on the pricer side of things than its competitors like Giant Eagle or Daves. That said I sadly don't shop here as often as I would like because the sales for goods at competitors make for a more enticing experience. I highly recommend shopping here but be prepared to spend more and get less.

I'm happy when I go to Heinen's. I think they're a little pricey but, it's worth it. I'm always satisfied with what I buy as far as the meats and Fresh Vegetables. It's a very clean and well organized store. Workers there are very helpful when you ask them questions and if you're looking for something sometimes they will even ask you If... you need help with finding something !

Heinen's is my favorite grocery store. Quality products overall. Great produce and meat! Prices are a little higher, but you get what you pay for. We love the organic smart chicken. Tastes so much better than other chicken.

I have always loved this store. I pretty much exclusively shop at Heinen's. It is very clean, most of the employees are upbeat, and the selections are fresh, healthy and "fun" choices. Heiene's buys from many of the local area farmers so the support for our community is enormous. I don't know why some people say it is more expensive or call it a specialty store. I have compared prices on certain routine items and often other stores like Giant Eagle are more expensive unless Giant Eagle is having a sale. Not to mention the quality of the food and its presentation. The meat selections are so good probably because Heinen's has it's own farms! The produce sources are often hand selected places that have the sweeter fruits and fresher looking vegetables. I also prefer shopping in a not so huge store that still has all of the normal items anyone would need plus more. There are always plenty of staff to help you find something at ANY time of the day or any day of the week. (I seldom can find someone working in the other stores and often have to go back up to the service desk for help.) I don't know why someone complained that they don't like to wait for the groceries to be loaded into your car. It takes some of the burden off of the shopper who then has to go home and unload/put away all the groceries. Plus the carts often hit cars in the parking lots. The only concern I sometimes have is that they have items that are out of stock at times, but this also tells me that their items must be pretty fresh.
