Stopped by here to get testing strips because I was low on them. Gave the pharmacy my old bottle that was empty and I gave my empty bottle for reference and paid and left got home tried to test only to find that despite me giving them the empty bottle for reverence and they handed me my strips and was on my way. Once I got home I tried checking my sugar levels but kept getting an error. Turns out despite me handing them the empty bottle they gave me the wrong ones so when I tried to test it was unsuccessful. This could have been a bigger issue so now I just lost a few hours of sleep but this could have gone badly. Thankfully I just lost a few hours of sleep

Their pharmacy SUCKS!! Answer the phones, having to wait on hold for over 20 minutes is unacceptable.

This experience with the store manager today named Clara she was very rude this is my main store that I go to since it is right down the street the cashier that I have that said she worked in the make up department was extremely nice and did go to the back of the store to get the product that I needed but as far as this manager Clara she does not need to be in a management position any longer ! I have been in a professional position for many years and never would I talk to or have that tone of voice with one of my clients. The young lady that is from the make up department she definitely gets five stars but Clara I would give a zero so that is why I making a one star review

Waited in drive thru today to ask if they have at home covid tests, and to purchase some over the counter Coricidin HBP for my spouse who isn't feeling well. I saw online that they have the medicine in stock. The person stated they don't have tests and then went to ask the pharmacist, came back and said. Nope, we don't have that, referring to the Coricidin. I said, "you do. I can see it is in stock on your website." He looked surprised. I asked if it was just that they are busy and didn't want to go look for it? He looked at me again. I said, "that's fine. I'll go somewhere else. But that is really bad." I wanted to buy it through the drive thru because I was trying to be cautious in case we have covid. This is just another reminder of why I dislike Walgreens.

Waited on hold for 30+ minutes to be told they could fill a prescription from Trenton, because you know, Trenton is closed all the time now... Waited in line at drive thru and they said it's not in stock. What a JOKE!!!

Waited for like 40+ minutes in line to get my booster vaccine, came 10 minutes early and there were only two people in line. They came in 20 minutes late and didn't even have their vaccine cards with them. It's absolutely absurd we had to wait that long for two people. However, the pharmacy staff is extremely nice to you, so if you're willing to wait, there is good service.

I just went in to purchase some photos of my kids. These were not professional photos. These were photos that my friend with a nice camera took of us. I wanted to print one off for my dad for Father's day. The assistant manager at the photo counter would not let me have my photos without the copyright. THERE IS NO COPYRIGHT. These are photos taken from someone with a decent camera who DOES NOT do this for a living. No copyright = no pictures for me. She made me feel like a criminal. These are not 5,000 magazine layout photos. She was rude and I won't shop there again.
