Bryan should NOT be working there, not smart enough. Over charges and really has NO idea what he is doing. Sent a package to Washington State, but they shipped it to MY house. A waste of time, go elsewhere!

Staff is very diligent and friendly. Staff puts great attention to detail in all materials they produce. I would give a five star review but for the fact that self-serve computer usage is egregiously overpriced ( Staples offers the same computer access and printing capabilities for a fraction of the cost.)

SERVICE: I had to make a stop to print out full-color photo illustrations for a graduate course I was taking. The staff at this particular FedEx Office was very polite and helpful - I was expecting to have a much more difficult time because the photo illustrations were supposed to emulate trademarked content. After explaining, the staff was very understanding and helpful. QUALITY OF GOODS: The actual printed quality of the prints I received was excellent. There was no visible pixelation and it looked very professional. I used their on-site digital-to-print service for 8.5 x 11 paper prints.

Google Maps puts 795 Lancaster much farther east - on campus. If you're trying to find FedEx, it's farther west - between Sproul/Spring Mill/320 and 476, in the complex where Staples is.
