My last visit was my first with poor service. Normally they are very quick: in and out in less than 15 minutes. Today I was acknowledged when I arrived and then ignored for 20 minutes. Seeing no progress I left.

Been coming here for years. Fast tire rotations for $20. Please pay cash if you got it so they don't have to pay credit card fees; they're a small but reliable business. Also the price on new tires are very reasonable. I've bought recommended (by the manager) tires from them a few years ago and they are so much better than my OEMs, and a better price than the dealership. Oh and I'm a woman. I've never felt intimidated or unwelcome.

Moved to Palmdale a few years ago. Had to find all new places to shop…including tires. Really happy with Tire Express. Good bunch of guys. They’ve fixed more than a dozen flats for me and I’ve purchased several sets of tires. Always good quick service. No damage to rims. Keep up the good work!

At a time when run-away inflation is forcing business owners everywhere to reluctantly raise prices across the board, there’s something to be said for a man who’s integrity and honor supersedes the need for profit. We have been friends with and patrons of Gary, a small business owner in our small town of Quartz Hill, California, and his tire shop, “Tire Xpress” for many years, if for no other reason than we value our small town principles and the business owners who exhibit the same type of neighborly, ethical behavior that we do. And our faith in our small town business owners was rewarded today, completely unexpectedly. We began experiencing problems, not covered by warranty, on tires that we purchased there four months ago; slow but continuing air leakage. With the manufacturer offering Zero help other than referring us to our vendor, and knowing that we were unhappy after buying tires that were cheaper than the ones that Mercedes Benz (and Gary originally) recommended, he tried his best to fix the issues including remounting all four tires and adding new valve stems, all on his dime and all to no avail. Today, when we drove-in to “bite-the-bullet” and purchase the the original equipment Dunlops that MB and Gary originally recommended, he would have none of it. Despite the few hundred miles on them since their purchase 4-months ago, Gary insisted on replacing them with the Dunlops, and on charging us only the difference in the original price between the two; this despite the knowing that he would have no recourse with the manufacturer to recover his cost. My wife and I know-well that places like Sears and American Tires all have their places in the grand scheme of things but I ask you to ponder this; where else but small-town America and in businesses like Gary’s Tire Xpress can you find people willing to come out-of-pocket to support their customers? And lest you ask, no; Sears is long-gone from our town and American Tires’ prices were higher than those of Gary and Tire Xpress. So THANK YOU Gary; for your honor, your integrity and being the model of what people, business owners or otherwise, used to be, should be and still can be today, no matter the cost. Unfortunate that there’s only a 5-star rating on this site. It’d be a 10, for certain. Excellent service, I got new tires from another place as an emergency. I was seeking computerized alignment and I always get an alignment after installing new tires so I showed up to this place blindly. They were prompt, respectful, and the alignment guy was super cool. Fortunately, my alignment was spec on and they only charged me a inspection fee. They could have lied or played it as a full alignment job but they didn't. They are honest and that's a win in my book. Because of their great service, respect, and prompt service I will do business with them again.
