I often use Edible Arrangments as gifts to referring doctors for work purposes. I've used multiple locations and this location is by far the worst. I ordered a platter, cupcakes and flowers for delivery to a business. Not only was the delivery late, the flowers were half dead and falling apart and the platter was a mess. Definitely not presentable and something I want to use again to represent me or my company. I left a complaint through the edible arrangement website and have never received a response. For the amount of money the arrangements cost, I'm hesitant to buy again from any location.

For future reference when you guys decide to transfer an order to another store then you should also notify the sender/person who made the order or better yet make sure the store your sending it to is OPEN

Not impressed. Received chocolate covered rotten strawberries, and mushy pineapple & cantelope. I'm not looking for free food or a replacement (it was a gift, and I'd rather the sender not be aware) Attempted to call the Twinsburg, OH store multiple times, during business hours, to give feedback and the call gets diverted to the corporate number.

Don’t waste your time with this service. There is a reason their ratings are so terrible. I placed an order days in advance and they failed to deliver. They obviously do not care about their customers or providing a service. I paid $100 for some fruit and they couldn’t even do that right.

Made an online order for same day delivery. The order was never made so therefore was never delivered. Called the store for 3 days, no one answered. They charged my credit card. Finally called the store in Stow and was told they get a lot of complaints about Twinsburg store. I'm now on the phone with Customer service and it's getting to be just as tedious. I just want a refund. Jumping through hoops for that now.

Put in a order a day early & it’s still not delivered. They made it to where you can’t even contact a store. These people know what they’re doing. Don’t waste your time & money. I should’ve read the reviews before placing an order. Thumbs down fasho !!

Placed an online order 10:30 AM on Saturday 01/22...order was never delivered. Plus there is no indication that the Twinsburg Ohio location has been closed...will cancel this order **Update 0n SUNDAY 01/23/2022 arrangement arrived, yes late but still appreciate the effort in fulfilling this order request. Terrible service. I ordered a fruit bouquet for my uncle's 75th birthday, and he was aware a surprise bouquet is coming. Got a call at 7pm on the delivery date, saying that they are very busy are offered to deliver the order in 2 days or cancel it. No apologies, no details. I feel very disappointed and angry. My uncle got no birthday surprise. Don't order from them! Save your time and nerves.

Unprofessional! I placed an order on Friday to have it delivered for Saturday and it wasn't delivered nor did I receive a call of any problems. When I attempt to contact the store, the phone just rang and later went into a voice message that the store was closed. This was a gift for a special person for Sunday.This is so embarrassing! I now will have to make other arrangements for a gift. I would give this service a -1 I would!
