On my way home from work I enjoy stopping at this gas station because the prices are always fair and there's hardly ever anybody in my way in-and-out easy as 123 seamless transactions, Just wish they had a little bit more of a larger cold drink selection but I can't complain I love my neighborhood sunoco

Accurate engine diagnosis and excellent timely repairs. Matt and Rich diagnosed and repaired my car and charged a fair competitive price for their expertise. I plan on bringing my Cadillac SUV there again very soon. Thanks guys! And Happy New Year 2021!

These guys are superheros/angels.I'm saying that has a single mom that was driving dangerously around on bad brakes with my son in the car ,and I'm ashamed to admit that has a mom.Not only where they completely understanding of the situation.I have to say my uncle was a mechanic for 50 plus years , He is now in his 80 with diabetes and had he leg amputated and is also 2 hours away .He can no longer work on cars .They did something my uncle would have done for me , treated me like family and saved me hundreds of dollars being a first time customer and thats something my uncle would have done.Earned a customer for life. You guys have no idea what you did for me and my son today .Thank you

Dave, Matt, Chad, are the best in the industry. This "small shop" gets 100% of our late model high performance cars because they do a better job than the dealership, or any other shop around here. They have never steered me wrong, in over 7 years, and probably across 60 or so different vehicles. Their prices are fair, the work is flawless. We send all our customers with Corvettes, Vipers, etc here because their alignments and wheel balance/mounting is always flawless.

I recently went to a national chain repair shop (Firestone Complete Autocare) to have a brake job done because they were running a special and it looked like a good deal. It turned into a terrible experience. They were in such a hurry to churn my vehicle out the door that they never bothered to call me to tell me that the parking brake needed work as well. They put my truck back together with no shoes on the parking brake and told me just not to use it. When I asked them why they didn't let me know, they said that they couldn't get the parts that day anyways, and to fix it they would have to charge me additional labor to take back apart what they just put together. After I complained that they should have told me additional work was needed so I could get it all done at once, they agreed to give me a small credit for the labor. Based on the quote that they gave me the next day, they were not doing me any favors. I wasn't about to give any more money to the folks at Firestone, so I called Columbia Cook Sunoco since they've taken care of several things for me in the past. Everyone there is friendly and takes the time to explain things, and their work had always been done right the first time. Today I had them mount and balance a brand new set of tires I purchased online (Firestone lost out on that one), and I was pleasantly surprised that they came in under what they had quoted me (when I called on a Sunday while they were closed no less). They also took a look at the parking brake while they had the vehicle and gave me a detailed estimate that included parts and labor cost as well as tax. I had already looked up the cost of parts online myself, and they were pretty much right on. Even with Firestone's "credit," Columbia Cook Sunoco came in a few dollars cheaper, and I have confidence in their work. Every time I deal with one of these big chain repair shops or the local dealership I walk away with a bad taste in my mouth. Those types of experiences really make me appreciate working with a family-run business that still values doing quality work.
