I had made an appointment with them over the phone to have a wisdom tooth pulled and when I arrived they couldn’t find my appointment. But it wasn’t a big deal because they worked me in immediately and the Dr. Not only did the consultation but ended up pulling my tooth! It was very quick and painless and a day later I still have no pain. He did a very good job and I was in and out in 30/40 minutes. In the past with other emergencies they also were able to take care of my right away and I appreciate that.

Got a tooth ripped out today. Super unprofessional. the dentist spent half my visit debating with some Karen about insurance. Stabbed my gums without warning with the needle. Had the tooth pulled, was told of bleeding didn’t slow in 1 hour call. Blood is still soaking the gauze which I ran out of the provided amount after the first hour, and when I called to discuss it I was told it’s fine? Like fully soaked and not slowing down at all? That’s fine? Will never be back. I see why they were able to fit me in so fast. No one should go here

Dr Rico and his staff are fantastic. I had a terrible toothache and they were very caring and comforting. Been a patient of Dr Rico's for at least 20 years and cannot say enough about the staff. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient here on and off for four years, but after my experience today, I won't be returning. I called reception to set an appointment, and first off they couldn't find me in their system. After telling me I would need to go through new patient services, she then began to tell me she found I had been there twice in 2018, 2019, and 2021. I told her that was correct, but then proceeded to say I was a no show to all appointments. I told her that's certainly not true, as I'd been there before, to which she promptly cut me off and said she doesn't know if I had, she only had what the computer was telling her. I guess my wisdom teeth just magically disappeared on their own, since according to their all knowing reception and flawless computer program, I'm a flake. She then told me they don't have appointments for three months because their hygienist quit. What a surprise. This facility has always been subpar, with long wait times, and the hygienists were mostly silent. You would think they would make an effort to compete with the dozens of dentist offices within a couple mile radius, which is where I'll be going. If you have a choice, I'd recommend taking yourself literally anywhere else.

Normally I do not have to wait long but yesterday I waited at least 1/2 hour past my appointment time for cleaning and checkup. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very kind and skilled. Her name is Becky. Dentist then came in and checked my teeth, gums, tongue etc. Again very kind and knowledgeable. I had chipped a tooth so I was told to wait until they could give me an estimate for the repair. I probably waited more than 10 minutes , finally some one saw me and asked if they could help. Was at desk paying and making an appointment in less than a minute. This was first time I had to wait so long to get into a chair and pay bill. Do know it was very noisy because another tenant in the same building was doing remodeling, which had to be difficult on the staff at Bright Dental.

I love this place I had a lot of work done today and zero pain. I got right in everyone is so so nice and knowledgeable Dr Rico is hilarious and amazing with novacane, he and Liz did my fillings and I cannot believe how I felt nothing and it went so fast! But even before that Dr. Rico and his other Dental assistant she is the sweetest! They were absolutely so awesome with going through and making me a dental plan. Dr. Atarchi and his assistant pulled a difficult tooth and put in a post for an implant again zero pain. Such nice people Thank you all so soooo much!!!

Apparently if the hygienist you are scheduled with quits they just cancel your appointment and don't call. And they no longer have any hours outside 8-5 so your forced to take vacation time to get a visit. I liked this place but I'm going to have to find a new one that's more convenient.

If I could rate lower, I would. Experience was beyond terrible. I’m traumatized forever. They messed up my filling here. Doctor shines a light on your tooth and says you’re all good! Definitely will never come back here. Don’t waste your time. Refresh Dental is 100% better.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here in November. Worst dental experience ever. The Dr. wasn’t gentle at all and yelling at me to keep my mouth open when I was numb and the procedure was going a lot longer than expected. I was shaking and crying and he just kept telling me I was fine. Fast forward 3 weeks later my mouth started hurting where my one tooth was removed. I came in to have an X-ray to make sure there was no infection and the dr confirmed there wasn’t, but felt my gums and said he felt something hard and cut me completely back open on that side to clean it out. After another rough procedure he told me there was food stuck and that was causing the pain. Fast forward to now (April) I just went to a new dentist and she looked at the latest X-ray from bright now and immediately could see the roots from my wisdom teeth still in my gums… remember this is the same X-ray taken by that doctor and he told me there was nothing wrong and what he found was “food” he clearly lied to me and couldn’t own up to the fact he didn’t clean me out correctly the first time.
