Family brunch. I had the western omelet. It was large and filling. Others had the pancakes and said they were good. They all loved the sausage patty.

If you're in the area it's a good choice for a good meal at a accurate price. Service is very good and personable!

We had breakfast here twice. Nothing really to write home about... The food was decent. It just took forever to get it. That was really the main issue I had with the place. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to get an omelet...

A nice little family owned place kind of in the middle of no where, but worth the extra 15 minutes from Loudonville and Mohican. Clearly a regular hangout for locals, which is a great sign of good food! We went looking for a good breakfast and found it! The fluffy homemade biscuits and fresh bread baked in house were especially great alongside other breakfast staples! Service was friendly and efficient, and they sell a wide range of homemade donuts, cookies and breads in the checkout area. We will be back!!

The food was awesome!! The bread is home made and let me tell you I want the recipe! It was sooo good. Everything was the service was great. The food was delicious, and they also have all kinds of other goodies you can take home. Or in our case camping. We got the lemon cakes, they are super moist and covered in glaze. Yum. They also have pies, cookies, cupcakes and donuts. Well worth the stop.

Was really excited for this place and would have loved to give it a 4 star after the mozzarella sticks. Sadly, quite a few things went wrong during the meal that just made me question the experience. For starters, I wanted to order the noodles with mashed potatoes, and was really excited to try something new. I asked our waitress to make sure that mine had no gravy on it because i’m a vegetarian and I don’t eat meat. However, when the dish is brought out there is a gravy on the noodles. So I waited for our waitress to come back so I could ask her what it was exactly. We waited for about 15 minutes in which our waitress actually never came to check back with us. So we had to ask another waitress what it was and we were told that it was a chicken gravy pre-made with the noodles, which we were not informed about and thought there would be no gravy on the dish. Our waitress barely checked on us, and we had a lot of time just waiting around to ask for things as we decided to dine outdoors. Along with this, a lot of the food tasted canned or pre-made and frozen which was disappointing. We also asked why there were customers allowed to dine without masks and received a very rude response. We were told that they didn’t feel they should have to force their customers to wear masks. Which made me feel uncomfortable after dining here. The only things saving this place from a one star review were the decent prices and delicious mozzarella sticks. I wish I would have found somewhere else. I really hate to leave a bad review but this experience here was just not very good sadly.

Like traveling in time to an era when service and homemade food were the only types of dining available. Outstanding service, great hometown atmosphere, incredible food, and cleanliness that would surpass anyone's grandmother's standards. The homemade bakery surrounding the entrance and cash register is was too enticing to pass up. We passed this gem on the way in to a backpacking trip at Mohican. Not only am I glad we stopped on the way back, but I would drive the extra 20 minutes or so from Rt 71 past all of the franchise restaurants, and eat here if I'm anywhere near this area.

This was my first and only visit to this restaurant. My dad chose it because it has so many good reviews and was rated very high ratings!.. upon stepping inside, no one came to greet us for approximately 3-5 minutes. There was no sign saying whether we should wait to be seated, or to seat ourselves. We weren’t sure what to do so, we peeked around the corner until, eventually, we saw a server waiting on a table. She walked past us once and since she didn’t say anything, we approached her and asked her if we should just seat ourselves. She said yes. We weren’t expecting the onion rings that we ordered to be barely-breaded. They were still good. Flies were inside and annoying to swat away from our food and drinks. Food quality could have been better. Not sure why this place has so many good reviews.. must be because of it’s small town charm to its locals.?
