Rude staff, not helpful, order wasn't ready, acted like they went above and beyond to finish an order after we arrived to pick it up. blamed their delivery people for the order being late saying they had to pick the flowers up themselves that morning(friday) because their order that week didn't have the flowers included. why did they wait until that morning if you knew you needed them? Very rude staff that were incredulous and vocally so that I would be upset that they didn't have my paid for order ready.

So, I do really like this place. I'd do 4.5 stars if I could. The ONLY reason it's not 5 stars is because I've been to the Flowerama in Kettering. It's just a little better/nicer. Their selection isn't quite as full as the Kettering location, and they don't have sample ribbons so you KNOW what color you're receiving when you order. HOWEVER, they still do beautiful work and I was extremely pleased with the corsage and boutonniere we bought here.

I bought this flowers set on Friday May 20 and today Sunday May 22 and the flowers look like this. I am very disappointed because even my Kroger flowers last longer than this. I thought that the flowers would last longer by going to a actual flower shop but I was wrong. For the flowers, vase and 3 balloons with tax was 91. I would not recommend this place to anyone, stop looking at these reviews and just get your flowers from Kroger or Walmart ,buy a vase from goodwill and balloons from dollar tree. Trust me! It will save you money and disappointment.

My mom had these delivered to my wife and I while we were in the hospital after the birth of our first child. She spoke to Bill on the phone about what she wanted and he put together this beautiful arrangement of perennials. Great work, Bill! Thank you so much! Can’t wait to plant these!

Bill did an AMAZING job with my wedding flowers! He definitely went way over and beyond everything! He also really took the time to sit down and go over everything to make sure what you wanted was perfect. The staff that works with him was always very nice. I would definitely recommend Bill to do your wedding flowers and his prices are so much more reasonable than other places ! He definitely made my vision become a reality!

I stopped I. Here to get flowers for my wife for our anniversary and the gentleman made a beautiful arrangement with her favorite flowers. Sunflowers. It was about 3 feet tall and beautiful. Very nice and easy to work with.

I've been going to Bill at Flowerama for a long time. I live out of State so every time I come back up to Ohio and need new flowers for the cemetery I always go to Bill. He is so sweet and does such an amazing job. The whole staff there is sweet.
