I have been going to this pharmacy for two years and have never had a problem until now. Every time I go in they try to charge me full price for my meds, telling me I do not have prescription coverage. Mind you, my husband has zero problems picking his up.....WE'RE ON THE SAME INSURANCE. I had to pay $40 for an inhaler that should've been free. Went in last night to pick up meds, tried to charge me $50 for a $5 medication stating I do not have prescription coverage despite giving them a current, up to date, straight from the union hall prescription card the LAST time this happened! Getting really tired of the constant hassle to pick up simple, straightforward medications.

I have been going here for over 10 years and never had a problem. They greet me by my name and ask how I’m doing even though I moved and get my scripts from another Rite Aide I still go here for my questions because they know me and I’m comfortable with the Pharmcy staff !!!! 💯💯💯

I haven't had any trouble getting my meds or help if there's a problem. They are always so good to me and I see them treat other customers the same. They're always so courteous in the pharmacy.

Worst service i’ve ever had. When i went to pay for my items, the lady with the grey hair stared at me for a good amount of time, then rung up my items & rudely pushed my bag over to me with no manners what so ever. No how are you doing, no have a good day. Complete silence & rudeness. Watch who you hire!!!!

Having been accustomed to another pharmacy (different company) that took hours to fill a prescription and oftentimes never notified us when an Rx was ready for pickup, I was amazed with Rite Aid on Lake Rd. in Sheffield Lake! We moved to Sheffield Lake in September and found this gem of a pharmacy! Prompt service, notified immediately. Doctor phoned Rx in and it was ready for pickup within 15 minutes. Friendly people at the checkout counter and friendly people in the pharmacy! We got our Shingrix shingles shots there a month or so ago and were very pleased with that visit as well.

Worst customer service I have ever received through a pharmacy. The tech that works there is very rude and unprofessional. I will never fill another prescription through this pharmacy.
