I have never found a pharmacy better than Walgreens. My Streetsboro store is the best. I take quite a few meds and my pharmacist and associates have always been on top of everything. Received my COVID booster, flu shot and week later, my pneumonia shot. With everyone trying to stay healthy, I feel secure having Walgreens as my go to pharmacy/store..

The most inconvenient convenience store I've ever experienced. I placed a simple color printing order that Fed-ex could handle with ease, only to arrive to my order incomplete and a very rude employee. I didn't receive a single call about an issue with my order and was inconvenienced by not receiving my order tonight. The employee acted as though my order was an inconvenience to her and her managers and I did not feel at all respected as a customer. I would highly recommend skipping over this store all together if you need anything other than a quick shopping trip. Their photo counter and pharmacy are completely unreliable.

This pharmacy is a joke..I have cancer and need my meds I have ha nothing but problems..over and over again..I went in today to pick up my CANCER meds and pharmacy is shut down...WHAT?? sign says open until 9pm...uhhhh?? What am I supposed to do? (Not the 1st time they have screwd up either)

This is probably the worst pharmacy in the county. They have been randomly closing a lot the last few weeks. Today I finally caught them on a Saturday morning because I am a few days over on a prescription. Today I seen the message below. So a heads up to people who work for a living that also work on first shift You might as well move your prescriptions to Giant eagle or somewhere you can actually get to.

The Pharmacy Manager, Dr. Ditchey, is the man! I needed a Covid shot and called the store. He told me how to sign up for my booster AND my flu shot. I came in and he gave me my shot and it was completely painless. He has the touch - I didn't even feel it. I hope we get this pandemic under control, but if we need another booster, I am finding out when he is on duty and rolling up my sleeve. Awesome job!

Get it together Walgreens. I showed up this morning to the pharmacy for my COVID-19 test (which I scheduled two days ago), to find the pharmacy closed. This is in spite of the fact that I received a reminder email this morning. When I called for an explanation, the store associate told me the pharmacist was out. As such, the pharmacy was closed, which is baffling because techs can administer COVID tests. You could have had the courtesy to call me. How are you going to make this right? I’m still in need of a test.

My daughter had a Covid vaccination scheduled for 8:20 p.m. at Walgreens only to find out that the pharmacy changed their hours to close 5 p.m. without informing the appointments. We even got an email that evening after they closed to remind us of the appointment.

It is completely unacceptable not having a pharmacist on duty when there are those who rely on medication that has to be taken in a timely fashion! We are about ready to pull our business and go to a pharmacy that is more reliable! This has happened one too many times!

Unengaged employees and bad management. They take electronic vaccine appointments and then don’t honor or notify you of a problem. Information Age? Not for this store. Drove in for appointment without any explanation why weren’t notified of the cancellation or why. Cashier said the mgr. was somewhere but didn’t offer to page or address our concerns. Just absolutely terrible customer service. CVS seems way more service oriented and professional. I will only be using this facility again if there is an apocalyptic event.

Lacking in customer service. Sometimes very unprofessional behavior by clerks and cashiers. Today the cashier refused to speak with me when I asked her a question at the register. I kept repeating my question but she just ignored me. I told her it was rude for her to not communicate with me. She said she was doing something and didn't have the time to talk with me. A few months ago I came into the store later in the evening when there were no other customers. I was limping and could not walk without extreme pain. I needed help finding pain medications. But there was no one willing to help me. I finally caught one clerk as she was heading to the back room. She just pointed and then she was gone. I still couldn't find it so I waited at the door till another clerk came by. I begged her to help me and she did. She was a lot kinder than the first clerk. But why do I have to walk around looking for a store employee and then beg for assistance? Horrible store. Will never go back.
