This store is absolutely disgusting it usually has nothing on the shelves but the isles are completely taken over by L Carts filled with boxes. This is completely unacceptable and a complete fire hazard!! Whomever is in charge of this store needs to get it together!! I love Dollar General but I avoid this one like the plague!!!

Every time I shop at that store the shelves are mostly empty and boxes of stuff blocking the isles that haven’t been stocked.

If they don't take out the self service and get a store walker they will go out of business been in there seen alot of people stealing it's terrible will be another store going out of business if you tell employees they say the are not allowed to do anything about it

Tammy is an amazing worker. She is always friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping there because the staff makes you feel welcome. They will help you look for whatever you need and will answer any questions u have.

Feel bad that this is the only dg choice for people in Struthers. Workers are very friendly but their shelves are ALWAYS empty literally full shelves of out of stocks and always 1 cashier so long lines.

I'd say I'm almost ALWAYS 100% happy with my experience at Dollar General. The only thing I may have problems with is (and this is SELDOM) the shelves are empty on their "truck day". That's hardly even something to complain about..because employees are super busy😊

Probably one of the worst DG's I've ever been to. The staff are slowly and not helpful and they seem to run out of a lot of things that they should keep stocked up, simply because they don't have the staff to stock shelves. I've heard managers curse and complain about their jobs in front of customers, without even looking around first.

Its handy for a couple items; like when you suddenly need toilet paper, a quart of oil, and a toothbrush, and just want to make a quick stop. Don't try to make sense of the aisle organization and just ignore how it usually looks like a demilitarized zone inside.

Just left this store. There is new manager who has very poor customer service skills. One new cashier (who was very pleasant), with at least 10 customers waiting in line to check out. Manager refused to get on cash register to help. Had rude comments to customers who asked for her to help.
