Drive thru and inside wait times are extremely long, and the employees are rude here. Always busy because cvs closes stores in bad neighborhoods to make one or two select stores busy. They send you texts saying that your meds can all get picked up on one day (4/12) and now it’s 4/22 and I’m just now getting texts saying they’re ready. I had enough to get by but what If I didn’t? You can’t call because they either take 20 mins to answer the phone or the call gets dropped. Or the automatic phone system thing transfers you to the store not the pharmacy. The only reason I go here is because my insurance makes me. I use to go to rite aid and giant eagle and never had a problem.

I am Canadian and needed a PCR COVID test to go home and I was told that it would take 1-2 days to get my results back and I never received my results. This caused A LOT of problems, I was unable to cross the border and there was absolutely no way to get in touch with minuteclinic. Horrible service DO NOT get tested for COVID here.

It literally takes my entire lunch break to pick up a prescription. CVS made a corporate decision to provide COVID testing with clearly zero plan on how to integrate this with their drive through. Either that or they have zero concern for their customer's time. Or both.

My first call was answered quickly. A kind robot determined the nature of my call and directed me to a pharmacist, who responded within 30 seconds. She was willing to check my insurance status over the phone, saving me a 25-minute drive, to see which version of the med would work. I was very satisfied with the call.

Terrible customer service. The pharmacy has messed up my prescription multiple times and even when the time came to correct it they still made me wait an hour in the parking lot to get my medication. I’ve had encounters with two pharmacists and they both just complain about how busy they are and how it’s going to be a while. 1-2 hours with no other customers in sight on BOTH occasions. I will never come back to this location again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service ! whoever the blonde is with the blue nails that worked today terrible customer service so disrespectful. I will never be back to that location again. I waited for 15 minutes in the drive-through for my prescription to finally get up there for her to get smart with me and tell me that I’m in the Covid testing line and she refused to look up my prescription or get it to me I needed to get back in line where there were six cars waiting and then she hung up the phone. there are no signs nothing I will never be back there I got my doctor to change all my prescriptions terrible customer service

I dropped a prescription off at 12:35 pm and was told it would be about an hour, said they would call me when it was ready. I waited and waited, lo and behold I never received a call and when I called up there I was given allot of excuses about why I didn't get a phone call that it was ready. Come to find out it was filled and ready for pickup about fifteen minutes after I dropped it off. I will not go back there again, I will go to rite aid or Walgreens to have my scripts filled and wait for reimbursement from my insurance company. CVS in Boardman sucks. I wouldn't even give them a half of start for a rating.

This pharmacy is remarkably bad. I've never had a quick experience here, and the staff just don't seem to care about anyone. Not a smile to be had in here. I only wish my awful prescription insurance would allow me to Walgreens rather than CVS. PS: If anyone is looking for a great pharmacy, we often choose to pay out of pocket for cheap prescriptions and fill them at the Walgreens in Austintown. They are super fast (like 5 minutes), and super nice.

This pharmacy is super slow. I had a lady ask for my phone number and I had repeated it 3 times and she still got it wrong!! They said she's new and if she can't get a simple phone number right, how can I expect my meds to be right?? It's always an hour wait and once I got a text that my meds were ready, I get there and I had wait because it wasn't ready! I'm switching as soon as possible!
